We are well recognized in the markets for offering highly functional range of honey processing plants. These processing plants are delivered in two varieties where one takes care of processing honey from boxapiary and other honey processing plant that is suitable for processing rock honey as well as honey that is collected in costal areas where the mixture of foreign particles in honey is very high. As unprocessed honey contains pollen, dust and air bubbles that also induce crystallization, the honey is heated to 45 degree C to dissolve crystals present which is followed by filtration that helps in removing part of pollen, mixed foreign particles and wax from the honey. Further, for preventing fermentation and destroying yeast, honey is heated to 60-65 degree C for defined time period. Mainly, the processing of honey is divided under three steps including filtration for removing wax, foreign particles after heating honey to 45 degree C, heating honey to 60-65 degree C for destroying presence of yeast and other bacteria and cooling honey to atmospheric temperature and storage in closed vessel for defined time period and then packing the honey in different weight bottles.
