How to apply:-

Surfaces to be bonded should be dirt/oil -free and waterless. Dispense a drop or drops to one surface only. Apply only enough to leave a thin film layer after compression. Push parts together and grip firmly for a 1 0r 2 minutes. Good contact is essential. An adequate bond develops in less than two minute and maximum strength is attained within 24 hours. Wipe off excess adhesive from the top of the bottle and recap it properly.

Precautions:-

Cyanoacrylate products if left uncapped may deteriorate by contamination from moisture in the air. Because Cyanoacrylate products cure by polymerization, whitening may appear on the surface of the container or the bonded materials. Should this happen, wipe surfaces well with acetone.

Effects:

Eye Contact:These adhesives are eye irritants and tissue bonders. Anyone using it should take extreme care. Precautions should be taken like use of goggles, in order to avoid eye contact. In case the adhesive comes in contact with the eye, the eyes should be continuously washed with water for some time and the person should be provided medical aid immediately. If eye lids are bonded closed, no one should attempt to separate them except a qualified physician. In case of bonding corneal surface, forced separation is not recommended at all. Leave the eye to remain closed and allow the bond to separate naturally, which usually occur within a few days.

Skin Contact:Cyanoacrylate adhesives are mild irritants to the skin. Though relatively non-toxic, they quickly form strong bonds between adjacent skin surfaces, e.g. fingers. To separate them, the bonded part should be soaked in warm and soapy water for sufficient time and then the bond should be gently peeled off. Alternatively, a dull instrument such as a table knife or a thin wire can be forced through the bond. Solvents like acetone or nail polish remover can also be used but with appropriate caution.

In case the adhesive is spread over a large skin area, that part of the skin should be flushed with large amounts of water. To wipe off excess adhesive, a soaking wet cloth can be used. If the adhesive has soaked through clothing, use huge amount of water to flush the involved area. If the cloth has bonded to the skin, the skin can be damaged if the bonded clothing is attempted to be removed without these precautions. The adhesive will automatically flake off from the skin within a day or so.

Oral Contact:Though Cyanoacrylates adhesives are relatively non-toxic, rapid polymerization (hardening) of the adhesive will take place if they come in contact with the surfaces of the mouth. The mouth should be continuously flushed with water and medical aid should be provided immediately. In case lips are bonded, hot water or solvent can be used to gently peel apart the adhesives.

Over the last 20-30 years the contents of wallpaper adhesive has tremendously changed. Today 90% of wallpaper is vinyl coated; vinyl laminated to a paper backing or vinyl laminated to a fabric backing. Most wallpapers pasted on the commercial buildings are solid vinyl or fabric backed vinyl.

• Inspect your walls for any holes or cracks that need to be filled in with spackling compound.
• Sand your walls of any excess plaster or paste residue; they need to be smooth for the wallpaper to adhere to them. If your walls currently have a coat of gloss paint on them, you'll need to sand the walls until they have a dull surface.

• Fix wall paper and apply pressure by hands. Keep a cotton cloth in hand for proper pressing
• Use rubber wiper for escaping air bubbles and adjust the wall paper by stretching it slowly.
• Clean all extra adhesive from upper side of wall paper with wet cloth and remove fingerprints with a damp cloth

• Use scissors to cut a patch of new wallpaper larger than the area to be covered.
• Carefully tear the edges of the patch wallpaper because it will be less noticeable than a straight cut edge.
• Remove any loose wallpaper from the area you are patching.
• Align the patterns to make sure that the patch will work
• Clean and smooth the area to be patched with a damp sponge.
• Apply wallpaper adhesive to the back of the patch, place it on the wall, and smooth it into place with a damp sponge. Plastic container (Quantity: 5kg)
• Allow the patch to dry for 10 to 15 minutes, then lightly press the repaired seams with a seam roller.

Single component, water may be mixed if required, dried films can be removed easily with wet cloth, can be applied with brush or roller, only to be applied one side (i.e. on wall side coating) is enough.
