We provide high quality Polyurethane Lining in varying hardness. Polyurethane is a high wear resistant material and is primarily used in casting to the vibratory bowls, barrels and disc finishing machines. This lining proves to be more cost effective than the traditional rubber lining as it has an effective life, which is 6 to 8 times the life of rubber lining. We offer these lining in varying hardness, from 60 shore A to 90 shore A as per the application. Additionally, all PU Barrels are also offered.

We offer two kinds of Abrasive Media, i.e., Ceramic and Plastic. Ceramic Abrasive Media is used for different applications like deburring/radiusing, smooth surface finishing, preplate & prepaint finishing and polishing. It is available in different grades and shapes depending on the application it has to be used for. Plastic Abrasive Media is used where media impingement is not tolerable, compoent metal is soft and pre paint finish is required. All Abrasive Medias are available different shapes like triangle, cylindrical, spherical, star shape and irregular shape for specific finishing requirements.

we provide vibro drying media corn cob, that is an absorbant material. Drying media is an agriculture based by-product. These products are used for drying finished products after deburring/polishing. However, sometimes, these are also used as a deburring media itself. Customers can avail these drying medias, which are available in different sizes, according to their specific requirements.

Customers can avail from us Process Chemicals & Paste for Vibro Finishing, which is used in various industrial applications. These Process Chemicals are used to remove mild oils & lubricants introduced in the previous application. Additionally, they protect the metal from rusting during the processing while bringing out the original brightness of the metal. We also offer other chemicals, which are used to accelerate the deburring action and improve the surface finish.
