Rubber Curve bar expander rollis used for removing wrinkles from Textile Processing machines like Calendars, Dyeing, Bleaching machines, Ranges, Stenters, Bow weft straightener. Curve bar expander used on textile machines having more bow than other Industries like Paper, plastic. For abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, high temperature resistance, Nitril, Hypolan, rubber sleeves are used. Special sealings are provided for wet working condition and avoid resting of ball bearings inside the roll.
Many type of rubber grooved rolls are available as per specific requirement like diamond grooved rolls, helical grooved rolls, straight grooved rolls etc. For winder diamond grooved rubber roll required, helical and spiral grooved rubber rolls can be supplied as per application requirements.
