mCube (Dimensional/ Volumetric weighing)- The mCube is a precision volume measuring and weighing instrument for use in applications in which precise weighing and measuring is required. It combines parcel dimensional measuring and weighing into one operation. So we can get the dimensional / volumetric weight of the regular rectangular size of the product. The collected data are formatted and transmitted to a PC computer or client application via API integration. Most of the courier and logistic company use the dimensional weight to charge the customer for their parcel where the dimensional weight is higher than the gross weight.
Pressure less Infeed Combiner system is utilized to convert mass flow product transport to single file transport, with minimum back pressure. The use of variable speed chains provides gentle handling for glass or PET Bottles.
In our supply pressure less inliner comes in 5 and 7.5 Mtr. Length which is capable to give line speed up to 700BPMs.
With buffer zones identified, the combination of an accumulation table and controlled conveyors keep product flowing to machines minimizing short delays and maximizes throughput for the line.
Our Bi-Directional Buffer Table provides large storage space for products when normal production flow is interrupted due to momentary product blockage, malfunction or machine adjustment. When the blockage is cleared, stored products are automatically fed back onto the primary line at the proper speed.
Checkweigher - Beeta Checkweigher is the perfect automate solution to weigh, check, and print online for the industries where weighing and printing is done manually. It can increase the accuracy in packaging and helps in sorting the packets if out of the desired/claimed weight range. Weight range of each product is fed in the system and it will sort the product running out of its weight zones. Sorter - Sorter is widely used now a day. It helps various industries in production industries (tyres etc), logistics, courier, industries/warehouses, where barcode is used. The Sorter help in sorting the object on the various aspects like weight, barcode etc. It can be automatic reject the object if not matching the required parameter or simply the machine will stop if the undesired object comes in between. It can sort the object at different levels, different opening and transfer the material to required section.
