As blood stains are difficult to remove with normal solutions and water, we provide you with Enzymatic Blood Stain Removers. They can be used in surgical instruments as well as human body surfaces like joints and crevices. It does not have any kind of corrosive property and can be used in materials such as fibre, plastic, porcelain etc.

 

Enzymatic Blood Stain Remover :

• Blood stains & organic matter are diffcult to removed from surgical instruments, joints & crevices.
• If they are not removed properly it may cause cross infection amongst the patients due to hampered sterilization.

Direction to use the product :

• Take luke warm water (50' - 60'C) depending upon no & size of instruments.
• To remove normal blood stains take 8 ml. of Endozyme in 1 lit.of luke warm water. For dried organic matter take 16 ml. of  Endozyme in 1 lt. of luke warm water.
• Immerse instrument for 3-4 minutes in the solution.
• Flush out solution through joints, channels & crevices.
• Take out the instruments from the solution & rinse it with sterile water.
• Blood stain from all parts of the instruments will be removed.
• Discard the used solution as per the hospital rules.
• Use prepared solution once only.

Bectashield-4 is the kind of Chlorhexidine Surgical Hand Wash that we manufacture and supply. It is composed of Chlorhexidine Gluconate Solution I.P.: 20 % v/v and has a pleasant smell and contains moisturizer and emollient. It is used as a disinfectant and hand cleanser after surgical processes. It has a persistent effect on both normal as well as contaminated organisms. It is a gel formulation with natural biodegradable surfactants.

Efficacy :

• Bectashield-4 is a broad spectrum microbicide Hand wash. It has good immediate and persistent effect against both normal and contaminant organisms.It is highly effective against Gm +ve, Gm ve, cocci bacteria, Tuberculi, HIV, HBV etc.

Usage and Application :

• Bectashield-4 can be used preoperatively on hands up to forearms, prewet the hands, scrub vigorously for 2-3 minutes. Wipe with sterile towel after 5 mins. It results in 99.9 % reduction in resident bacterial flora.
• It can also be used for patient scrubbing.
• It is especially recommended for surgical hand wash where prolong and persistent microbicide effect is required.
• It doesnt harm to any skin flora, and doesnt give any dryness to skin like other alcoholic rub in hand disinfectants.
• Doctors and any medical professionals can use post operatively, when hands become dry. It helps to retain the moisture level with skin softness. Use only sterile warm towel (No water) to wipe out the solution after 5 minutes of application.
• It would not give any stains on the skin.

Dosage : Apply 9 ml. on wet hands, and forearms, scrub for 2-3 mins for Surgical Hand Wash.

Toxicity : There is no evidence found of absorption of the compound through the intact skin. Potential of toxicity and skin reaction of CHG is extremely low.
