All castings and pistons are made of a close grain cast Iron. We fit ours with tapered roller bearing mains these also use the Bosch micro fuel injection. They are solid, rugged time tested engines, that seem to run and run.These engines are built with care and pride by the workers at BASANT AGRA. They are built to last.

The Diesel Engine is SINGLE or DOUBLE CYLINDER, vertical, totally enclosed compression ignition, four stroke cycle , cold starting diesel engine tested as per IS 11170-1985.SL series engines are generally available with Taper Roller Bearing fitted on crankshaft, However SL series engines can be available with Bi-Metal Bush Bearing fitted on Crankshaft if required.
