Cored Wire Injection System has been introduced in steel making process for more than 40 years. We offer high quality Cored Wire Injection System in the market. By using cored wire injection machine, the cored wire is injected into the ladle. The alloy powder contained in the cored wire will be dispersed and will react with the steel Liquid. In this way the ladle treatment is achieved such as alloying, machine ability improvement, deoxidizing etc. The mixture of alloy powders are calculated and then metered. This is used to control the contents of titanium, aluminium, calcium, boron, sulphur etc.
Ladle Refining Furnaces are the proven technology used for producting alloy steel, desulfurizing liquid steel and for improving the productivity of a steel plant. Ladle refining is a post-melting treatment that is after melting in either the inductiohn melting furnace or Electric Arc Furnace.
Whenever LRF is installed online, liquid metal is transferred from the main melting source to the LRF at a nominal tapping temperature and either Argon / Nitrogen is purged from the bottom apart from arcing (using electrodes) on the top to bring about homogeneity of liquid metal composition and temperature. Ladle Refining of liquid metal is a proven technology to produce high quality steel. Ladle refining furnaces (LRFs) are used to desulphurise steel, remove other impurities and hold the molten steel for casting operations. Without LRFs, higher tap temperatures are normally required from steel making furnaces due to heat losses during transfer and casting of liquid metal. LRF facilitates higher productive time to the melting furnace besides producing better quality of steel at lower cost.
We offer highly effient Annealing Furnace in the market. A Solution anneal (Heating to around 1050° C followed by quenching or rapid cooling) will restore the material to its original condition, removing alloy segregation, sensitisation, and restoring ductility after cold working.
Annealing Furnace improves the corrosion resistance, wire drawing ability improves and due to smooth wire drawing, life of die correspindigly improves, surface defects minimised, reduction in pickling time, improvement & consistency in mechanical / metallurgical properties. This is a batch type fuel fired proven designed furnace with dedicated charging machine, automatic quench operation & fully automatic temperature control system.
Heat TreatmentThe controlled heating and cooling of materials in furnaces at particular temperatures in order to alter their properties.
NormalizingA high temperature formed in most roll process in which steel or other materials are austenitized and then air cooled.
Stress RelievingHeating to a suitable temperature, holding lohng enough to reduce residual stresses and then cooling slowly enough to minimize the development of new residual stresses.
TemperingReheating a normalized ferrous alloy to suitable temperature at the necessary transformation range, holding long enough to allow transformation to take place and then cooling slowly enough to allow to minimize the development of residual stresses. This removes brittleness, increases ductility and reduces hardness.
We are a leading Alloy Steel Rolls manufacturing company with ladle refining and vacuum degassing facility in North India, growing at a fast pace since its inception in the year 1985. We are proud of our strategic achievements. These Rolls are alloyed with Nickel, chromium, Manganese and molybdenum with carbon content between 0.50% and 2.00% as well as little amount of vanadium is also added for the improvement of better microstructure. So these are capable of a higher mechanical strength with thermal and wear resistance. These rolls undergo a sophisticated multi-stage high temperature Heat – Treatment (Double Annealing followed by tempering cycle) to give the combination of hardness, toughness and wear resistance required for the particular application. The lower carbon grades will have a structure consisting of ferrite and fine pearlite which, as the carbon content is raised, transitions to a fully pearlitic structure and on to one containing free carbide in a matrix of fine pearlite and even some bainite for the highest carbon grades. All rolls of this material are statically tangentially single poured.

We are one stop destinaiton for availing Spheroidal Graphite Cast Iron Rolls. These Rolls are essentially an indefinite chill type material, but with the Graphite in nodular form instead of flake and having alloyed with higher % of Nickel & Molybdenum along with carbon. So these rolls have a much higher mechanical strength and allow the use of Iron rolls in applications which would re-present too high a duty for a flake iron quality due to internal 'notch effect' of nodular graphite is relatively small. The Spheroidal Graphite Cast Iron Rolls are very much suitable for the rolling of row products with wide range of applications due to its hardness penetration, good wear resistance and tough necks, this material has become a benchmark.

We specialize in Vacuum Degassing Systems for the effective removal of hydrogen, oxygen and / or carbon, based on proven technology and experience. The system is used for improvement in quality of metal. Our tank type ladle degassers achieve low sulfur levels, remove carbon, and improve floatation of oxide inclusions, allowing them to be entrained in the slag. The vacuum can be produced by an all-steam ejector pumping system, mechanical pumps, or a combination steam ejectors and pump system.
Uses
We are one of the leading Manufacturers and Suppliers of Forged Rolls in India. These Forged Rolls can be fabricated using different grade of steel namely alloy steel, carbon steel and stainless steel. These rolls are majorly used fabricating rods, bars, wire rods, profile material, etc. Because of having a huge network nationwide, we are capable of delivering these Forged Rolls in a fixed time frame.
We are a noted Manufacturer and Supplier of Alloy Steel Round Bars in India. Bansal Alloys & Metals Pvt. Ltd. is one of the trusted names referred for availing dimensionally accurate Special Steel Castings in India. These Special Steel Castings are widely used in Metallurgy; Machinery; Plastics; Rubber; Pharmaceutical; Textiles; Mining; Paper-making; etc. Our Special Steel Castings are quite appreciated for properties like corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, easy assembling, etc.
We brign foth Indefinite Chilled Iron Rolls which are stronger and more wear resistance with respect of S.G.I. Pearlitic rolls and are capable of much higher hardness because S.G.I. Bainitic Accicular is more alloyed with very higher % of Nickel and Molybdenum than the S.G.I. Pearlitic and as a result, the accicular roll material has a bainitic matrix with increased carbide. The name of this material is based on its constituents of nodular graphite and carbides in an accicular (needle-like) bainitic matrix, also called lower baintic, these rolls become a benchmark in the rolling of long product and is suitable for a wide range of applications due t its hardness penetration, good wear resistance and tough necks.
