We are offering Filler Masterbatches. filler mastebatches are compounds for the production of raffia woven sacks , blown film extrusion, injection & blow molding, non woven & extrusion coating. ultra fine coated caco3/talc filled masterbatches consists of whole range in milky as well as natural effects. these filler masterbatches reduces cost and works as anti-burn at the die lips at higher loadings. these are specially formulated by compounding blended polyolefin’s with ultrafine calcium carbonate in the compounding extrusion. it improves physical properties of polymers , reduces cost.

We are offering uv masterbatches. special u.v. Masterbatches based on hindered amine stabilizers (hals) with pp resins as carrier. All polyolefin’s hdpe, ldpe, lldpe, pp products in outdoor applications are exposed to uv solar radiations, the energy of this radiation is sufficient to initiate photochemical radiations leading to degradation. In the absence of uv stabilizers polyolefin products have poor stability. The practical consequences of unchecked exposure to uv radiations are discoloration, surface crazing, and formation of surface micro cracks, embitterment and loss of mechanical properties- tensile strength, elongation and impact strength. plast uv stabilised grade avoid photochemical oxidation by uv radiation which causes fine cracks in the material.

• White MasterbatchesTiO2 Masterbatches

We are offering white masterbatches. bajaj superpack has a very extensive range of white masterbatches for extrusion coating, monolayer and multilayer injection & blow molding for all polymers. The recommended rate of addition is 0.5-5.0 % with polymer by weight. We are having a white masterbatches with different tio2 loading.

We are offering additive masterbatches. Bajaj superpack has innovated an additive masterbatch called �plast modifier�. It works as processing aid & excellent bonding agent to enhance the properties of pp/ hdpe / ldpe/ lldpe & recycled polymers. It results in increasing various qualities of pp/hdpe woven sacks, non wovens, pp/pe carry bags, injection & blow moulded products. Plast modifier gives smoothness to process without increasing cost of end products. The recommended rate of addition is 2 to 10 % with polymer by weight in different applications. Loading product is dependent on machine and climatic conditions.
