Bajaj Taper-lock pulleys for V-belt drive are available in wide range to serve the global needs. Multi-groove pulleys with IS/ISO, ANSI IP-20, IP-22 standards.  Available in Classical Section (A, B, C, D& E) Special Section ( SPA, SPB, SPC) and Super Power Wedge Section ( 3V, 5V, 8V ) Complete range from 1 groove to 12 grooves with standard sizes. Pulleys are suitable for liner speed of not more than 35 m/s. Interchangeable with equivalent standard Taper-lock bushings. All pulleys are statically balanced to 6.3, Dynamic balancing can be provided on request. Manufactured with exact tolerances from gray cast iron ranging from GG 25 to GG 30 with Tensile strength 207 Mpa and hardness HB 187 to 241. Made-To-Order as per customer requirement.

A Full line of standard TAPER-LOCK bushings are available for the following codes: (1008, 1108, 1210, 1610, 1615, 2012, 2517, 2525, 3020, 3030, 3225, 3535, 4030, 4040, 4535, 4545, 5040, 5050)  Available in standard sizes up to 160 mm (6-5/16”) bore range. For use with Bajaj Pulleys and Sprockets, dimensionally interchangeable with equivalent TL bushings. Manufactured from finest material grade ranging from gray cast iron to ductile iron. Easy installation and disassembling.

BS and ANSI sprockets available with standard pitches. Stock available in Plain bore QD and Taper-lock styles. The sprockets includes Simplex , Duplex & Triplex. Sprockets below 25 Teeth Hardened by electrical induction hardening to Rockwell “C” 30 to 35. The sprockets are made from Steel material C45 with Tensile strength: 550 Mpa and Hardness: Max 207 HB. Tolerances are machined according to DIN 8196. All sprockets are deburred and protected with rustproof oil. Make-To-Order as per customer requirement Quick fitment and easy removal.

BAJAJ-CEC SEED CLEANER is uniquely designed with two Sieve-boats Screen system maximizing the cleaning efficiency, minimizing the wear and tear and ease of removability & changebility. A single roll feeder is provided to assure even distribution of seed and proper control of seed volume to the cleaner. The aspiration chambers are fitted with waste augers to remove sand, stone, particles, foreign matters, light impurities etc.     ENERGY SAVING FEATURES The machine has an integral fan. Common drive train for sieve-boat, trash conveyors and motors.  top       MECHANICAL ADVANTAGES The screen system consists of two Sieve-boats with multi-flow variable screen system and drive  speed which can be adjusted mechanically. Each sieve-boat contains 2 screen layers each consisting of 3 screen parts for ease of handling  and removability. The machine is of steel construction with sieve-boats of laminated wood.
