The company has a very wide range of preforms starting from 19mm neck size to 120 mm neck size suitable for making 30 ml to 5 litre jars for applications in pharma, edible oil, liquor, water, carbonated drinks, juices, confectionery, jams, pickle, honey etc.preforms for hot filling applications, with barrier properties for longer shelf life, colored preforms are also manufactured.
The manufacturing of PET preforms is done under strict hygienic conditions. Our products have good barrier properties suitable for packing hygroscopic products in it.

The company also manufactures bottles and jars for the packaging required by pharma, edible oil, liquor, water, carbonated drinks, juices, confectionery, jams, pickle, honey etc industry.
The manufacturing of bottles and jars is done under strict hygienic conditions. Our products have good barrier properties suitable for packing hygroscopic products in it. Bottles for hot filling application, for longer shelf life of the food stuff packed inside it are also manufactured by the company.
The company manufacture various models of Blowing machines for producing PET, PP bottles and Jars. Both Semi automatic and fully automatic blowing machines are available.
Salient Feature
The salient feature of our PET blowing machine is that toggle locking system is provided for mould opening, closing and locking instead of the regular hydro pneumatic system. The toggle system is fully pneumatically controled. The advantages of this toggle locking system over the regular hydraulic system provided by other machine manufacturers are as below :
We have recently developed a very special type of packaging suitable for packing foods items like dry fruits, ghee, spices, jams, tea, coffee, milk powder, sweets, dry flowers, seeds, chocolates, candies, confectioneries, biscuits, mouth freshener, pan masala, soft drinks, juices, ketchup etc. This is a very attractive and unique type of packaging and has never been introduced in Indian market. It is a composite packaging with petjar and tin top. This packaging is air-tight and leak proof and helps in increasing the shelf life of the product packed inside it. The advantage of this packing is that printing can also be done on the jars / bottles to make them more attractive while maintaining the food product visibility. This jars and bottles are available from 100ml to 5000ml volume and neck size from 38mm to 120mm.
The advantages of the above packing are :
Moulds : preform injection moulds and blow moulds.The company has a state of art tool room having very high precision CNCS, VMCS, surface grinders, testing equipment, etc. The mould design is done by highly qualified and experienced engineers as per requirement of the client.
The highlights of our moulds are as below.
Minimum down time :The moulds have easily removable and replaceable forming parts for the production of different preforms from same moulds. Servicing and maintenance of mould can be easily carried out in the quickest possible time owing to its remarkable design features.
Mould & mould parts :The raw material used for moulds and accessories is procured from international sources, meeting exact specifications. The material is got periodically evaluated through government accredited laboratories.
Adherance to strict quality :Control norms ensures that there is no crystallinity and high surface quality with no scratch marks. The moulds have practically no eccentricity with rigid dimensional reliability and weight consistency.
Optimised and uniform heat :Distribution to all the cavities is ensured through unique lay-out and design features.
