Storage and Handling
Luban DFDA-7042 must be protected from direct sunlight and should be stored in a shaded and completely dry area. During handling and processing, the material should be kept in a well-ventilated area to prevent the accumulation of dust and fumes. Contact with strong oxidizers, excessive heat, sparks or open flame should be avoided as this could initiate the degradation process and consequently impact the quality of the material.

Recycling

KEY FEATURES
PROCESSING CONDITIONS
Borstar®FB2230 can be processed in most types of blown film equipment such as LDPE, LLDPE or HDPE extruders. The balance of draw down properties and bubble stability is superior to conventional LLDPE and LDPE. Thickness of 10 to >2000m can be processed with good bubble stability. The product is well suited for co-extrusion.
Recommended extrusion temperature is 190 - 210°C. A die gap of 1.0 - 1.8 mm will give the best balance between extruder pressure and physical properties in the film. Wider die gap gives higher machine direction orientation.
Borstar®FB2230 provides excellent mechanical properties balance by optimizing film processing parameters like Blow up ratio (BUR) and Frost Line Height (FLH). Higher impact strength can be achieved by raising the FLH. High BUR (>2) also results in improved mechanical properties.
FOOD CONTACT REGULATIONS
Borstar®FB2230 fulfils the food contact regulations in most countries. If required, contact your Borouge representative for a certificate.
STORAGE
This product should be stored in dry conditions at temperature bellow 50°C and protected from UV-light. Improper storage can initiate degradation, which results in odour generation and colour changes and can have negative effects on physical properties of this product. 22FA002 is a film grade low density Polythylene (LDPE) produced by high pressure tubular process, it has been specially designed for the production of film with good enviormental stress crack resistance, mechanical and impact resistance. Film produced from this grade is ideally suitable for heavy duty applications.
DESCRIPTION
Lotrène® FB3003 is an additive free grade, produced by an autoclave high pressure process, mainly recommended for heavy duty film applications.
PROPERTIES
Lotrène® FB3003 has a molecular structure allowing to produce films with excellent mechanical properties, outstanding shrink properties and excellent bubble stability. It has a high stress cracking resistance. Lotrène® FB3003 is mainly recommended for heavy duty film applications.
PROCESSING
Lotrène® FB3003 can be easily processed on all types of extruders designed for polyethylene. The melt temperature is suggested to be in the range of 180-210 °C. The best and balanced properties of the blown film are achieved at blow up ratios between 2:1 and 3.5:1. The recommended thickness range is from 50 μm to 250 μm.

HANDLING & STORAGE

SAFETY

7019EC is a Low Density Polyethylene resin produced using Autoclave technology. 7019EC is designed for high speed extrusion coating application. 7019EC contains no additives such as slip agent or anti-blocking agents.

It is advisable to process PE resin within 6 months after delivery.
These are film grades and can be processed easily on conventional blown film lines. J1020FS20 has been blended with necessary additives during manufacture to obtain good surface slip and easy open-ability. J1020FA20 is manufactured without any additive to facilitate adhesion during lamination.

1070LA17 is an extrusion coating grade Low density Polyethylene (LDPE) produced by high pressure autoclave process. This grade is specially developed for extrusion coating on different substrates and contains no additives. It exhibits excellent drawdown characteristics maintaining good adhesion, with very low neck-in even at high line speeds. It can also be easily processed into thin gauge films for adhesive lamination and heat and pressure lamination.

SABIC® LLDPE M500026 is a high flow linear low density polyethylene copolymer grade with a narrow molecular weight distribution
Application
SABIC® LLDPE M500026 resin is recommended for injection moulding masterbatch where a high filler acceptance is required, combined with a good flow.
Processing conditions
Typical moulding conditions for SABIC® LLDPE M500026 are: material temperature 180 - 230 °C (355 - 450 °F).

Test specimen is prepared from compression moulded sheet made according to ASTM D-1928, procedure C.

E0725L to be manufactured complying the requirements specified in IS 10146 on “Specification for Polyethylene for its safe in contact with Foodstuff, Pharmaceutical & Drinking water”. Furthermore, the Additives added in this grade formulation compiles to the “Positive list of constituents for Polypropylene, Polyethylene and their Copolymers for its safe use in contact with Foodstuffs & Pharmaceuticals' as laid down under IS 16738:2018. DESCRIPTION
EFDC-7050 is a linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) resin for tubular blown film extrusion. Films extruded from EFDC-7050 have good toughness and high tensile strength and puncture resistance. The product offers excellent draw down capability for making thinner gauge films. EFDC contains high levels of slip and antiblocking agent. It offers excellent sealing and machining characteristics for high-speed film converting operations
APPLICATIONS
EFDC-7050 is recommended for the manufacture of thin gauge liner films, garment bags and films for other industrial, food packaging and other general-purpose applications requiring toughness and puncture resistance.
FOOD CONTACT USAGE
EFDC-7050 can be used for all food contact applications including those designed to hold food during cooking. It conforms to US FDA Regulation 21 CFR 177.1520 as well as EC Directive 90/128/EEC and its amendments todate. Food contact suitability certificate is available upon request.
AVAILABILITY
EFDC-7050 is supplied in 25-Kg bags in secured pallets of 55 bags (1.375 MT net). It is also supplied in sea bulk containers of up to 15 MT capacity.
STORAGE AND HANDLING
EFDC-7050 is supplied in pellet form and is readily conveyed on conventional polyethylene bulk handing equipment. The bulk handling system should be designed to prevent accumulation of fines and dust particles that can pose an explosion hazard. Ensure all equipment is properly grounded. ENVIRONMENT AND RECYCLING
The environmental aspects of any packaging material do not only imply waste issues but have to be considered in relation with the use of natural resources, the preservations of foodstuffs, etc. SABIC Europe considers polyethylene to be an environmentally efficient packaging material. PROCESSING
Lotrène® MG70 can be processed on all types of injection moulding machines. The temperatures and pressures used for the processing of Lotrène® MG70 are normal for the injection of lowdensity polyethylene of high melt flow index. The melt temperature range suggested is between 150 °C and 170 °C. However, optimum conditions are dependant on the equipment used (presses, moulds, etc.) and the articles under production (appearance, size, shape, etc.).

Conveying equipment should be designed to prevent production and accumulation of fines and dust particles that are contained in polymer resins. These particles can under certain conditions pose an explosion hazard. Conveying systems should be grounded, equipped with adequate filters and regularly inspected for leaks.
Storage:
The resin is packed in 25 kg bags, octabins or bulk containers protecting it from contamination. If it is stored under certain conditions, i. e. if there are large fluctuations in ambient temperature and the atmospheric humidity is high, moisture may condense inside the packaging. Under these circumstances, it is recommended to dry the resin before use. Unfavorable storage conditions may also intensify the resin's slight characteristic odor.Resin should be protected from direct sunlight, temperatures above 40°C and high atmospheric humidity during
storage. Higher storage temperatures may reduce the storage time. The information submitted is based on our current knowledge and experience. Workers should be protected from the possibility of skin or eye contact with molten polymer. Safety glasses are suggested as a minimal precaution to prevent mechanical or thermal injury to the eyes.
Molten polymer may be degraded if it is exposed to air during any of the processing and off-line operations. The
products of degradation may have an unpleasant odor. In higher concentrations they may cause irritation of the mucus membranes. Fabrication areas should be ventilated to carry away fumes or vapours. Legislation on the control of emissions and pollution prevention should be observed.
Conveying:
Conveying equipment should be designed to prevent production and accumulation of fines and dust particles that are contained in polymer resins. These particles can under certain conditions pose an explosion hazard. Conveying systems should be grounded, equipped with adequate filters and regularly inspected for leaks.
Storage:
The resin is packed in 25 kg bags, octabins or bulk containers protecting it from contamination. If it is stored under certain conditions, i. e. if there are large fluctuations in ambient temperature and the atmospheric humidity is high, moisture may condense inside the packaging. Under these circumstances, it is recommended to dry the resin before use. Unfavorable storage conditions may also intensify the resin's slight characteristic odor
Resin should be protected from direct sunlight, temperatures above 40°C and high atmospheric humidity during storage. Higher storage temperatures may reduce the storage time.

The resin will burn when supplied with excess heat and oxygen. It should be handled and stored away from contact with direct flames and/or ignition sources. While burning, the resin contributes high heat and may generate a dense black smoke.
J1005FY20 is a film grade Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE). It has been specially formulated for the production of films for liquid milk packaging on fully automatic Form, Fill & Seal (FFS) type of machines. Film produced from this grade exhibits good impact resistance and heat-sealing characteristics. The incorporation of necessary additives in the polymer ensures good surface slip, easy open ability and smooth flow of film on packaging machines. It can be pigmented by using suitable food contact approved masterbatches.
APPLICATIONS:
Slip grade for Mono and co-extruded films for liquid and general-purpose consumer packaging, to be used in blend with LLDPE.

16MA400 is an injection molding grade with high melt flow index for molding of very thin, intricate and large items having adequate mechanical properties. This grade is also an ideal choice for making master batches with higher loading.

Meets the requirement stipulated in standard IS: 10146 on “Specification for Polyethylene for safe use in contact with foodstuff, pharmaceutical, and drinking water”. Storage and Handling

PROCESSING CONDITIONS
Borstar®FB1200 can be processed in most types of blown film equipment such as LDPE, LLDPE or HDPE extruders. The balance of draw down properties and bubble stability is superior to conventional LLDPE and LDPE. Thickness of 10 to >2000mm can be processed with good bubble stability. The product is well suited for co-extrusion.
Recommended extrusion temperature is 190 - 210°C. A die gap of 1.0 - 1.8 mm will give the best balance between extruder pressure and physical properties in the film. Wider die gap gives higher machine direction orientation.
Borstar®FB1200 provides excellent mechanical properties balance by optimizing film processing parameters like Blow up ratio (BUR) and Frost Line Height (FLH). Higher impact strength can be achieved by raising the FLH. High BUR (>2) also results in improved mechanical properties.

Polysure R0536L is a 1-butene comonomer based Linear Low Density Polyethylene, produced by Gas Phase – UNIPOLTM PE technology and primarily suitable for Roto molding process. R0536L offers low sintering time, good ESCR and very good stiffness-impact balance. It is recommended to incorporate optimum level of Carbon black or long-term UV stabilizer during processing of R0536L for withstanding continuous outdoor exposer.

Bags should be stored in dry & dust free environment at temperature below 50°C and Prevent from direct exposure to sunlight & heat to avoid quality deterioration.
Regulatory Requirements:
R0536L to be manufactured complying the requirements specified in IS 10146 on “Specification for Polyethylene for its safe in contact with Foodstuff, Pharmaceutical & Drinking water”. Furthermore, the Additives added in this grade formulation compiles to the “Positive list of constituents for Polypropylene, Polyethylene and their Copolymers for its safe use in contact with Foodstuffs & Pharmaceuticals' as laid down under IS 16738:2018. In general, the additives & constituents used in the grade are in line with requirement laid down under FDA: CFR Title 21, 177.1520, Olefin Polymers.
Description
Exceed 1018MMK resin is an ethylene 1-hexene copolymer. Films made from exceed 1018MK resin have outstanding tensile, impact strength and puncture. These superior strength properties, along with excellent drawbility, allow dwongauging in bag application, tnPP is not intentionally added to exeed 1018MK.
