• Uniform heating.
• Trolley system for easy loading/ unloading of the Circle intothe oven.
• Vertical Up and Down typecounterweight balanced Doors for easy lifting.
• A burner is installed at the top as shown in the photoand the heat flows from both sides through air circulation fans into themain chamber and gives uniform annealing.
• A control panel is provided withthe oven to give sequential control for easy operations for the operator, and at the end of the cycle it automatically shuts off the oven and gives the alarm to the operator.
• On burner Failures for any reason, the gas supply will be automatically cut off andan audio-visual alarm will go off with an indication of burner failure

They are built with steel insulated panels and frames and are powered by electricity,   Diesel, steam, or natural gas. Though their temperature range varies, most curing ovens can reach temperatures of   400° C.
