Satin wrapper cloth are a composition of blend of polyester and cotton (PC) & Cotton & polyamide. Wrapper cloth is used in textile dyeing and processing units for fine finishing of fabrics. The satin wrapper cloth used in finishing, shrinking, lustring, softening of the fabrics. It is used for finishing of all type of fabrics like suiting, shirting, fashion garments, dress material, embroidery lace, designed sarees etc.
The satin wrapper cloth applicable for Semi-continuous or Discontinuous Decatizing Machines, K.D., O.D., TMT, Blowing Machines etc. We produce standard length of satin wrapper cloth upto 1200 meters and width of 350 centimetres
We are manufacturing belting fabrics of Nylon 6 & Nylon 66 which have high strength and durability. We can manufacture Nylon fabrics from 100 – 550 GSM with thickness upto 0.65mm . we have infrastructure which can help to produce roll length upto 1000 mtrs also.
Our impression fabrics are made of High tenacity Nylon yarn which can withstand at high tempreture also. We can also supply fabrics with silicon finish also.

We are also manufacturing fabrics which are used in military combat uniform of different units of army. We can supply fabrics in Nylon cotton blend which have high abression properties, good tearing strength and comfort in wearing. Nylon 66 having good strength & abression properties.
Our high performance PP melt blown filters are constructed by 100% polypropylene fibers. There is no deformation in the process line and it has the excellent uniformity. It is available to have a wide selection of micron ratings from 1μm to 150μm.
Applications :
Hydrophobic PTFE, Hydrophilic PTFE , Nylon66 Cartridge Filters remove particles and micro-organisms greater than 0.2μm from gases and liquids. Hydrophilic Nylon66, PVDF Pleated Cartridge Filters are manufactured from N66 membranes, Polyvinylidene fluoride and Polypropylene components used for the broad application compatibility. Hydrophilic PES Pleated Cartridge Filter constructed of Polyethersulfone micro-porous membrane and Polypropylene support components enable superior durability and particle removal performance , and can be used in the various applications.
Hydrophilic PES filter elements are integrity tested after manufacturing using bubble point and air diffusion. Every single cartridge filter is integrity tested during manufacturing to guarantee performance. The materials are on the FDA listed as acceptable things to be portable and edible.
Our PF pleated filter cartridges offer the superior dirt holding capacity and high removal efficiency, compare to the conventional pleated filter cartridges due to their multiple layered construction. Featuring excellent retention rate and high surface area, our PF series filter cartridges are recommended for demanding applications requiring high purity

Our string wound filter cartridges are manufactured by computer modeling process . This enhanced design provides higher dirt holding capacity. It has a long life cycle. Its nominal micron ratings are from 1μm to 150μm.
Applications :
With the help of our well equipped stitching facilities we can make centrifuge filteration bags of different sizes with most relevant fabrics. Our bags are made with fabrics which have even pore size and permeability. It results into even filteration throughout the process.
Dust collecting bags are made of different filter media like Polyester, Polypropylene, Arcylic, Ryton, Aramid, etc. They are also treated with different finishes like PTFE, Water Repellent.
