Deligent Ginning Machinery Pvt. Ltd., known as AVI GROUP, was established in AHMEDABAD with its headquarters in ODHAV. It is the most important supplier of complete production lines for Automation, Cleaning and spare parts in India's cotton processing industry. Its business scope covers R&D, manufacturing of complete production lines for Automation of cotton and cotton byproduct processing.It has also got successful in putting up turnkey projects for ginning in many African countries.

The cotton processing automation machineries manufactured by our group enjoy a majority share of the total domestic market, among which its seed cotton cleaners, super lint cleaners and electronic logic controlled trolleys JANKI RATH are in an absolute leading position in the market. Its machinery has been exported to many countries and regions all over the world, obtaining good credit and reputation.

In 2002, was assigned the task to execute the Program of the Cotton Quality Reform, it is responsible for 9 R&D projects under 3 major categories of the cotton quality improvement. In 2006, its role as the bridge into full play to establish the mechanism for good communication and cooperation with all foreign countries who process cotton.

› Our Objectives:-

To improve the yield and quality of cotton, particularly in respect of staple length, micronaire, strength, etc. by developing better cotton varieties and through improved seeds and Integrated Water, Nutrient and Pest Management Technologies and their transfer to farmers.

To increase the income of the cotton growers by reducing the cost of cultivation apart from increasing the yield per hectare by proper transfer of technology to the growers thereby increasing the production and availability of cotton for internal consumption and exports.

To improve the quality of cotton, particularly in respect of trash, contamination, etc. by improving the infrastructure in the market yards for cotton, by providing better facilities for cotton marketing and reducing foreign matters, resulting in minimum contamination in cotton.

To improve cotton processing facilities by upgrading/modernising the existing ginning and pressing factories, resulting in cotton processing with minimum or no contamination to achieve better value added products like yarn, cloth, garments, made-ups, etc.
