The QTD Series Ultrasonic Cleaner is designed to deliver fast, easy & most effective industrial cleaning. Our ultrasonic cleaner is equipped with LED display and can be availed in different capacities ranging from 700 ml to 60 ltrs.
The cleaning process is based on using cavitation bubbles to penetrate blind holes, cracks and recesses. This allows thorough removal of tightly adhering or embedded particles from solid surfaces. In these cleaners, water or other solvents can also be used, depending on the type of contamination as well as the workpiece.
Ultrasonic cleaning has been proven to be the most efficient method of removing contaminants--such as grease, oil, wax, fluxes, fingerprints, oxides and other deposits--from visible and invisible surfaces, holes and cracks.
In general, if an item can be cleaned with liquid, it can be cleaned much faster and more thoroughly with an ultrasonic cleaner

QTD SERIES - Features
We provide proven quality Recess Extraction Mantles, which are used for extractions, distillations and digestions purposes. These are available in two models 3 recess extraction mantle and 6 recess extraction mantle. The robust construction permits continuous operation of the units as required for routine extraction tests. Quality being the success motto for us, we undertake stringent quality control measures, which ensure that only best quality mantles reach our clients.
To heat a number of round bottom flasks simultaneously (for extractions, distillations, and digestions) Extraction Mantle may be used. Recess Extraction Mantles are fitted with individual energy regulators with indicator light for each heating surface, allowing liquids with different boiling points to be heated alongside each other. The robust construction permits continuous operation of the units as required by routine extraction tests.
Extraction Mantles are available in 2 models, 3 recess and 6 recess. The heating elements are housed in a strong Aluminium housing, powder coated in attractive colour.
We are successfully catering to the international markets of South-East Asia, SAARC Countries, Parts of Europe and Africa.

Glass bead sterilizer is very convenient to use over Alcohol / flame for sterilizing implements like forceps, scissors, scalpels etc in the laboratory. It takes just 10 seconds to sterilize an instrument.

In the All Quartz Double Distillation the components coming into contact with water are quartz glass parts which, contrary to ordinary laboratory glass are non-hygroscopic and thus resistant to H20. These properties warrant the high purity requirement a distillate must fulfill. High quality electronic grade quartz is used in the fabrication of this apparatus. This range of quartz double distiller provides answers to ultra pure water for research and bio- technological requirements.

The EMS-8 is a Micro controller based Electromagnetic Sieve Shaker. The movement produced is tri-dimensional, combining a vertical movement with a rotation of the material to be shifted on the surface of the sieve.
The shaker is powered by an electromagnetic drive which has no rotating parts, making it maintenance free and extremely quiet in operation. The vibratory action produced by the power unit moves the sample all over the sieve in a unique way producing faster, more efficient sieving, while the rapid vertical movements also help to keep the apertures free from blocking.
The EMS-8 is very suitable for sieving of high density products and for dry and wet sieving analysis. The unit has been designed for user friendly operation and supports a menu driven 16x2 character LCD display. The unit is robustly built and can be used in laboratories or at site. It is compact and portable.
The EMS-8 is ideally used as a particle profile / size analyzer for the pharmaceutical and chemical industries by governing the separation of particles according to their sizes. Particle size is one of the most important properties of any solid material and the EMS-8 is engineered for quick and accurate particle analysis. The instrument can handle pharmaceutical powders and granules as well as chemical processing materials, dyes, chemicals and is also used by the food processing industry. It is also used to test sand, cement and gravel.
The sieve shaker's micro controller is used to set both the process time and the amplitude setting. The unit has 15 levels of amplitude upto a maximum of 2 mm as recommended by USP. The top plate of the sieve shaker has clearly marked calibrated lines to aid visual inspection of the amplitude.
The unit has 2 modes of operation - continuous and intermittent. Intermittent operation helps to clear blocked apertures. The EMS-8 sieve shaker offers total flexibility enabling optimum settings to be established for virtually any material under test.
The unit is compact and is used in laboratories. The instrument is fitted with a special clamping device that ensures that the sieves are held firmly and allows them to be quickly removed and replaced. Non-metallic springs and anti-vibration mountings are fitted to isolate vibrations from work surfaces and reduce noise levels.

These properties warrant the high purity requirement a distillate must fulfill. Fail safe devices like solenoid valve avoids cold water wastage during power failure, the optimization of cooling watervolume is controlled by a cooling water flow meter, in addition to this the equipment is fitted with PTS which maintains sufficient water to the boiler.
