These are made from extruded bars of Cr Cu, Cr Zr Cu and Co Be Cu depending on the size, shape and strength requirements. Cold Bending process ensures longer life over the casting process.
These are specially designed and manufactured with proprietary manufacturing process of Weldcon for longer life and to ensure the correct location of the Nut or Stud to be welded. Locating pins for nuts are available in various materials like ceramic, coated steel and stainless steel. Pneumatically operated nut welding electrodes also available on request.
Cap tips are made of Cr Cu or Cr Cu Zr with a specialized process of cold forming to enhance the working life and to reduce dressing frequency. Special tips for coated sheets are manufactured under special manufacturing process.
We also indulge in the manufacturing of copper chromium plates. These enhance the spot quality. They deliver accurate results and are efficient to avoid spot dents. Thus are highly recommended to be used for spot welding. They are usually available in 8 mm to 20 mm thickness.
We also offer the design and the manufacturer of spot welding guns, electrodes, tooling, and fixtures. Our experienced Service Technicians can work with your Engineers to match your exact requirements. All custom design parts are provided as ACAD drawings for your approval prior to production.
These cables are manufactured as per customers specification. It acts as a link between the transformer and the spot welding gun for current transfer. Flexible braided wire is used to manufacture the conductor for efficient current transfer. It is available in about 300 MCM to 1000 MCM, which varies as per the requirements of the customers.
