AE -9000 is used in variety of industrial and commercial applications . AE — 9000 computes -Display, Monitor, stores, and communicate up to 67 major electrical parameters, including true RMS Voltage, Current, PF, Frequency, Active power, Reactive power, Apparent power, Active energy, Reactive energy, Apparent energy, Total harmonic distortion (THD) and Maximum demand. The meter offers simple user-friendly Programming of Voltage, current, and power Measurement parameters using a menu driven interface. Status of all parameters can be viewed through 38 main Screens on the 3 line, 4 digits LED display. The AE -9000 has digital RS485 Communication outputs for MODBUS and is ideal for Energy Management System.

Operation : AE — 9000 offers high functionality and uncomplicated operation. AE- 900x measures all the values needed to monitor power and Energy. A five-button interface on the front panel gives simple access to the measuring, display and configuration screens. With the help of “^” (navigation key) buttons, can access total 63 major electrical parameters. The parameters to be viewed through display screens.

Moving Coil Instruments are protected from damage or breakage under adverse conditions due to spring loaded jewel & pivot system. These Instruments are free from external magnetic field influences because of centre magnet system and are “CE” certified.
Voltmeters are made upto 600V for direct connection and upto 1200V with / without external multiplier with sensitivity 1000 ohms / V. Higher sensitivities are available. Scale printed for other variables viz. Speed, Temp, pH, kW, kVAR, Hz or Cos ¢ (p, etc. can be supplied on request.Ammeters with internal shunts are available upto 30 Amps and for higher currents upto 12000 Amps use external shunts of 50mV, 60mV, 75mV etc. (Please refer data sheet no. Shunt 03/99.)

Moving Iron Instruments are protected from damage or breakage under adverse condition due to its spring loaded jewel & pivot system. These Instruments are free from external magnetic field influences because of magnetic shielding & are ‘CE’ certified. These instruments have a very efficient oil damping system, which gives almost a deadbeat movement to the pointer, without irksome oscillation. The movement is light yet sturdy and has a large torque to weight ratio which assures long life to instruments.
These indicate true RMS values practically independent of waveform even of high harmonics.
The scale is compressed initially. Readability starts from 10 to 15 degree approximately.
