When the casing is run into the drilled hole it is desired that casing string must be aligned with the center of the hole and casing can be rotated during cementing operations. This ensures placement of cement slurry uniformly around the casing for a good cement bonding between casing and borehole. Autobahn Industries developed Model ABSCBCasing Bushing, Model ABSCBCasing Bushingis a splitbushingand is also interchangeable with varcocasing bushing.

Different sizes of insert bowls can also be fitted in thesebushingsto lower many different sizes of casing pipes.

The ABMB-3750 model hinged pin driveMaster Bushingfor 37-1/2" rotary table is developed as per API-7K specifications for off-shore drilling operations. With the help of Insert Bowls it is capable to handle 2-3/8" through 13-3/8" inch O.D.drill pipe, drill collars, tubing and casing up to load of 500 tons. ABMB with a hinged design can be removed from the rotary table to pass large diameter bit and pipe connections directly through the Rotary table and it has all the performance features of a solidmaster bushing. The ABMB is equipped with insert bowl No.3 (Std) and optional inserts bowl No.1 & 2. The ABMB is incorporated with latches that lock into the rotary table. Locking latches are provided to lock the bowls into thebushing.Master Bushingis also equipped with retainer pins to prevent them from falling out when the hinges are opened.

LIFTING SLINGS:The ABMB is equipped with a four hook steel chain for lifting purpose.

17-1/2" Through 27-1/2" ABMB-2750 SS is used for all drilling operations up to 10000 feet. Square DriveMaster BushingABMB-2750 SS as per API - 7K specifications is used where a large slip back-up area is not needed. With the help of different sizes extended API insert bowls ABMB-2750 SS can handle tubular of 2-3/8" to 13-3/8" OD and ABMB - 2050 SS can handle tabular sizes of 2-3/8" to 10-3/4" OD. The solid outer body is designed in a way that it supports all transverse load and imparts suitable backing for split insert bowls even when the rotary table is in use for drilling operation.

Autobahn Industries has developed special type Split Types Pin DriveMaster Bushingsuitable for 27 1/2" API Rotary Table as per API-7K specifications which can handle tubular size from 2-3/8" to 13-3/8" OD with the help of bowl no. 1, 2 & 3 andMaster Bushingdesigned to handle string load of 500 ton.

• Split Type Pin Drive Master Bush can be remove from the drilling string to pass large diameter bit andpipe connection directly through the rotary table
• BOP can be easily lifted by removing the Split Type Master Bush from the Rotary Table.
• Master Bush can be lock with the Rotary Table and Master Bush has locks that hold the bowls securelyin the bushing.
• String and near bit stabilizers can be used with removing Split TypeMaster Bushingfrom the Rotary Table.

Autobahn Industries has developed Solid Body Pin Drivemaster bushingas per API - 7K specifications taking into account different sizes of rotary tables i.e. 27-1/2". The advantage of using Pin DriveKelly Bushingsmakes it possible to use extended split bowls in the rotary table while theKelly bushingis in operation. The extended bowls are made in three sizes as per API for different sizes of tubulars as given below :-

Extended bowls provide better slip back ups & this back up is made use in running in heavier tubular strings with out string failure due to bottle necking. ABMB 2750 PS with appropriate insert bowl in use can hold maximum of 500 tons string load.

TheseMaster Bushingare provided with locks to secure the bowls into thebushings.
