The ROCKWOOL ProRox Slab Range is used for thermal, acoustic and fire insulation in multiple applications including floors, walls, roofs and industrial applications. Rebranded: The product range consists of high quality resin bonded slabs in a variety of thicknesses and densities. Specialist sizes and thicknesses are available to special order. Black or white tissue and aluminium foil facings are available on 1000 x 600mm slabs.

1.) Light Resin Bonded (LRB) mattresses consists of fine spun from selected rocks melted at high temperature and bonded with a thermosetting resin. These mattresses are used for Hot & Cold insulation to conserve in process industries.

We supply, install and commission wide range of immersion and outflow heaters which are most suitable for storage tanks of oils, chemicals and any contents for raising the temperature. These heaters are best alternative to tubular immersion heaters. We design the system in such a way, that whenever any heater is required to replace, it is not necessary to remove the contents from the tank. These heaters are made with different wattages and different sizes. Made out of MS, SS304, SS316, SS316L and as per customers choice.

For heating viscous materials in standard drums we offer flexible electric surface heating pads which can be wrapped on drums to melt the material in the drums. These heating pads are made with nichrome wire and fiberglass cloth/ Teflon coated fiberglass cloth. Heating pads are highly flexible and will have a proper contact with the surface of the drum allowing no air gap. These pads are highly efficient in producing uniform heat to the entire barrel. On each drum a single pad or multiple pads can be used. It provides very little power but provides great utility.They are designed to provide convenient heating/ insulation system for raising the temperature of liquid and semi-solid products transported in steel and plastic drums. This jacket is resistant to most acids, alkalis and solvents.They can be custom manufactured to fit smaller drums, cylinders etc.

We provide Mineral Insulated Heating Cables. Our product gives melting points of 1083c for the copper and Insulation. This provides fire survival while maintaining circuit integrity in temperatures in excess of 1000c. Mineral cable is a non aging cable with a high corrosion resistance, completely waterproof which gives a high degree of electrical screening. Mineral Insulated Heating cables are used to provide circuit integrity for power and control circuits of critical equipment.

We manufacture Self Regulating Heating Cable that is developed using quality raw material. These cables provide freeze protection or process temperature maintenance to metallic, nonmetallic piping, tanks and equipment. The heat output of cable changes in response to the surrounding conditions and entire length of a circuit. As the heat loss of the insulated pipe, tank or equipment increases (as ambient temperature drops) it increases the heat output of the cable. Similarly, when the heat loss decreases (as the ambient temperature rises or product flows), the cable reacts by reducing its heat output .
