Universal Indexing Fixture

UNIVERSAL INDEXING FIXTURES is having swivelling and tilting arrangement suitable for working at desired or compound angle on any machine. Indirect indexing by work and work wheel. Direct indexing by easy disengagement from worm and wormwheel. Work dial hard chrome plated for wear and corrosion resistance. Available in 110 mm dia of true chuck and chucks swivelling 0 to 360 degrees and chucks tilting 0 to 90 degrees.

These machines are very simple to handle but of Robust built and ensure maximum safety. Slotting Machines are made of High quality of grade material of close grained cast iron with requisite hardness. The gears run very smooth in the gear box and are made from special steel and cut on gear shaping and nobbing machines. All the gears are hardened and lapped finished. Three different speeds of ram strokes are arranged by a single lever control system . The Rotary table fitted with indexing plate is graduated in degrees on its periphery for coarse setting.

Heavyduty Geared Slotting Machine

The electric motor drives the clutch pulley and the gears fitted in the column. From there the power is transmitted to the ram by the means of link mechanism. The ram-movement is started by engaging clutch. The link mechanism allows for an accelerated ram movement in return stroke Ram speed changes are effected by sliding gears controlled by shaft through gear box.
