FLOW SHINE CATALYST

It was also known as ASVA ACTIVE. Plastic product including extrusion, injection and film process is made of plastic raw material melt with high temperature by extrusion molding equipments. The quality of plastic product is directly and closely related to the compaction and drawback rate for molding product. The moisture content in raw material will directly impact to the quality of plastic product. The moisture will become steam in the process of plastic product and lead to drawback with bubble, crackle, spot and hole in plastic product, so that it influence the mechanics property and appearance of plastic product.

In order to improve the quality of plastic product and wipe off the moisture & provide Shining & Strength in raw material, currently people mainly adopt heating and drying the raw material before process. This process needs manufacturer or buys additional drying equipments with high temperature. Increase technology process, the production cost and labor.

ASVA ACTIVE is a new high technology functional specially designed to increase Strength, shining & removes the water, bubble and drawback in plastic product with PE, PP, PVC, ABS, EVA, PS and PA as raw material. When adding anti-foaming & shining powder, do not need drying process for plastic raw material, and reduce the cost of plastic product, increase production efficient and largely improve the mechanics property and appearance of plastic product.

ASVA ACTIVE is non-toxic, non-contamination, no influence to property for plastic product. In the process of molding, Strength & shining Catalist powder can strongly absorb the moisture & increase strength in plastic raw materials. It can increase product quality and the rate of finished products, improve obviously productivity and reduce energy consumption.

We can manufacture ASVA ACTIVE Catalist powder according to customers` requirement.

Water absorbability:can absorb water equivalent to 20% of the weight of ASVA ACTIVE Catalist powder.
Processing property:perfect processing performance, good compatibility with plastic material. Suitable for general processing equipments. Do not change processing technology.
Environmental protection:non-toxic, non-stimulation, excellent plasticizing, etc.
It is widely used in PP, PE, LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, PVC, ABS, EVA, PS, PA and other recycled plastic material and the process for degradation plastic.

User guide:Compare to normal filler MB, transparent filler MB is with below superiority.
Recommended dosage for plastic product processing: 1%-5%. 5%-10% dosage for sheet, tubes and pipes. Adjust the dosage according to the moisture content in raw material. Do not need to dry the plastic raw material and filler.
Without changing of plastic raw material processing technology.ASVA ACTIVE Catalist powder should be stored in vacuum sealing package, Use up after opening to avoid invalidation due to absorb moisture.

WET SUCK CATALYST

WSC IRREVERSIBLY REACTS WITH THE MOISTURE WHEN IT IS IN THE PROCESS OF CONVERSION TO VAPOUR & GAS. IT CHEMICALLY BINDS WITH THE H2O MOLECULES TO FORM STABLE COMPOUNDS THAT REMAIN STABLE AT ALL PLASTIC PROCESSING TEMPERATURES.
