The Hydraulic Drop Test Rig is an end of line system developed for the final testing of Hydraulic Lift System in Automotives. The system applies a standard load on hydraulic lift while continously monitoring the respective drop in it (mm) using precise sensors.

ASTA Technologies design and manufacture custom test rigs for testing transmission components including gearboxes, drive shafts, differentials and complete transaxles. Transmission test rigs enable functional & durability testing of components and the research of the excitation and noise behavior of transmissions and their components.

• Transmission test rig is for the performance and quality assurance testing for Transmission on the production line.
• It involves a development of testing system of transmission for different online test RPM ratio test, Direction Test, Vibration Test and Run in Test.
• Drive motor is mounted on X direction adjustable system through hydraulic Actuator.
• The system is with NAS 9 Oil filtration system and inline torque and RPM measurement system.
• The Testing software and system is designed on NI LabVIEW software and real time hardware.
• The LH, RH Brakes and Differential Lock are actuated through pneumatic actuators during the testing.
• The PTO Lever efforts are also tested through load cell attached to the pneumatic actuated arm.

Axle test rig is for the performance and quality assurance testing for front axle on the production line. It involves a development of testing system of axle for different online tests.

• Multispeed Transmission test rig is for the performance and quality assurance testing for Transmission on the production line.
• It involves a development of testing system of transmission for different online test RPM ratio test, Direction Test, Vibration Test and Run in Test.
• Drive motor is mounted on X, Y and Z direction adjustable system.
• The system is with Oil dispenser system and inline torque measurement system.

The Pump Test rig has been designed to demonstrate the operating characteristics of a series of different pumps. A self contained pump test rig, containing all the services and instrumentation for determining the characteristic curves of different pumps at different speeds.

• Testing of TLB PUMP for functionality at EOL in the assembly process.
• Connection of PUMP in the Specially designed Fixture and manifold with three hydraulic clamps.
• Internal connection of all delivery, return, relief, Torque suction and delivery ports of the TLB Pump.
• Engagement of Pump with vertically hydraulic driven AC motor.
• Testing with online monitoring & Logging of Flow and pressure at variable RPM with propositionally controlled pressure.
• Checking of relief valve cracking pressure.
• Barcode interfacing with Marking Machine.
• Testing Software in LabVIEW with NI Hardware & IPC.

The ultrasonic parking sensor test rig is an End of Line System developed for final testing of Rear parking sensors developed by NIPPON AUDIOTRONIX India. The Sytstem check all the test parameters of the sensor like Distance, Voltage, Current etc by carefully producing and excitation signal and recording the echoed response of the same using National Instruments Hardware and LABVIEW software meanwhile the Current and voltage parameters are monitored using Digital Multimeters and oscilloscopes. A custom Report for all the tests is generated and saved followed by BARCODE printing for the part.

• A Test Bench to hold Pump, Control Valves, Piping and other instrumentation as per requirement.
  A power pack which will work as prime mover for the system.a. Variable Frequency Drive to change the rpmb. Pump mounting arrangementc. Hydraulic Tankd. Heater/ Cooling pack to manage the Hydraulic Oil Temp.e. Control panel to manage the Power Pack.
• An arrangement (stepper Motor) to push/pull the spool in steps and up to 15 mm on both sides.
• Encoder or arrangement to provide the feedback of the travel of spool.
• Pressure transmitters to measure the Line pressure .
• A temp transmitter to measure the Oil Temp as per schematic.
• Flow meters to measure the flow as per schematic.
• A Loading Valve to load the Pump.
• Data logger/controller to record the Pressure, Flow, Temp & displacement against time and to control the Stepper motors.

Leak testing Machine is suitable for leak testing of Automobile part. This is "Decay" type testing machine to suit comprehensive range of tests. This machine has all advanced features may be required for precision detection of leakage.
