This machine performs endurance testing on JCB's brake pedal. It applies controlled load on brake pedal for "n" number of cycle followed by an imapact cycle max load. While monitoring parameters like brake displacement & brake angle.

• It performs cyclic load testing on brake pedal.
• It performs impact load testing on brake pedal.
• It monitors brake pedal displacement over whole endurance testing cycle.
• Report generation for load VS displacement, load VS time, displacement VS time parameters.

Car seat testing machine deals with testing the capability of a manufactured seats to meet their specified requirements when subjected to a set of operating conditions.

• A CAR Seat is being tested for horizontal MOMENT
• LOAD application wherein the Horizontal MOMENT load is applied through Electric Linear Servo Actuator (ELSA).
• The UPPER CROSS MEMBER of the CAR SEAT under test (P point) with the ELSA Piston ROD as shown in picture.
• The POINT P rotates around HIP POINT when the ELSA pulls POINT P.

This testing system is to perform endurance test on car door hinges. By performing repeted, door open and close operation over number of cycle.

• Door testing for its joints and locking setup testing.
• Small testing setup installed on seats for complete cycle testing of all for doors of the car.
• Calculation of door closing and opening speed with the accurate door displacement by servo motor.
• Reports and data can be visualized on remote PC outside car.
