Fibre mats are extremely durable woven mats with the pile being formed by insertion of tufts of coir fibre between the strands and has a very compact brushing surface. Available as plain, natural stencilled and bleach stencilled varieties.

Fibre mats Inlaid are extremely durable and aesthetically appealing mats with the intricate geometric designs being evolved during the weaving process itself and has a very compact brushing surface too. The designs are evolved out of the use of a combination of Natural, Bleach and Dyed fibres according to the pattern of the design. Dyed fibre ensures that the designs stay the life of the mat.

Rod Mats are manufactured with the pile formed by cutting two or more strands of yarn, folded together and wound around a grooved rod. These mats generally have higher pile than creel mats. These brush mats are available in a range of pile heights and densities. BR1, BR2, BR7, BR8 and SPCL R1 are the most popular qualities.

These are non- brush mats with ribbed effect on both sides. Available as plain, fancy, bleach/fancy. Attractive designs can also be printed on natural or bleached surface.

Sinnet mats are reversible non-brush mats made from coir braid. Available in single or double chain, in plain and fancy colours.

Designs are printed on the natural coco base using Azo free fade resistant acrylic paint and also with normal coir dyes. The semi-automatic and fully automatic printing machines are used to ensure that the paint penetrates deeply in to the mat to ensure sharp, long lasting and fade resistant prints. A design team equipped with modern Computer Aided Design and Graphic Package means you get a unique set of designs to choose from.

Designs are printed on the brighter and lighter bleached coco base to make the colours look bright and vivid. The Natural coco mat base is bleached first to make the fibres look blondish and then designs are printed with Azo free water based acrylic paint. The semi-automatic and fully automatic printing machines are used to ensure that the paint penetrates deeply in to the mat to ensure sharp, long lasting and fade resistant prints.

Unlike the traditional Handloom made doormats, PVC Tufted Coir Doormats are cut fast. These mats can be cut to any size and shape, which can then be printed with any designs.

The edges or the outline of the design are hand cut or bevelled by highly skilled craftsmen using custom made scissors, making the designs pop out. Bevelling the sides add a third dimension to the bleached or natural printed PVC tufted mats.
