The Asian hot air Oven has a test chamber of double walled construction. The inner walls are made of stainless steel sheet and outer walls of CRCA sheet. The space between the two walls is filled with mineral wool for insulation. The chamber is fitted with two adjustable perforated shelves for keeping the test specimen or the test equipment on.

ASIAN Toxicity Chamber consists of an airtight enclosure of about 0.7m3volume lined with opaque plastic sheeting having a hinged, fitted with a transparent plastic panel. Some gaseous products of combustion may react with or be absorbed by the walls of the chamber. So the inner wall has the lining of polypropylene and with polycarbonate, transparency window is provided. The chamber is fitted with a vacuum pump forced air extraction system, which can be closed at the exit from the chamber when required. The chamber is fitted with sampling positions such that the airtightness of the chamber is not impaired. The chamber is containing a mixing axial fan inside the chamber at horizontally and centrally inside the chamber at roof level to ensure rapid mixing of combustion products capable of being switched on and off externally. The burner is to be capable of achieving a flame approximately 100 mm in height. The burner is fitted at the center of the chamber. There is a provision is to be made for igniting and extinguishing the burner from outside the chamber. A digital temperature indicator is also mounted for the measurement of the temperature of the flame of the burner. The specimen support is an annulus cut from a sheet steel nominal thickness 2 mm of approximately 100 mm overall diameter with a 75 mm diameter hole carrying temperature resistance wires approximately 10 mm apart to form a lattice.
The complete assembly is equipped with a non-combustible side support arm to give a tennis racket appearance. This sample holder assembly has the provision of sliding of the sample without the leakage of the chamber. There are two flow meters are fitted to the instrument to fine control of the supply of natural gas and air. All the parts are either polished or painted to give the corrosion resistance long life. Gas detection tubes and its pumps are optional which will be supplied at the separate order as per customer requirement.

Used in plastic and cable industries, ASIAN Temperature Of Deflection Under Load Apparatus under Load consists of a specimen support, an immersion bath, a set of weights under deflection -measuring device. The specimen support consists of a two parallel metal supports having rounded edges fixed at a specified distance on an aluminum frame. The load is applied on the test specimen midway between two supports. This block is fitted to the lower end of the vertical rod, which is guided inside a metallic sleeve and is constrained to move without rotating along a vertical axis. The upper end of the vertical rod carries a load carrying plate on which loading weight can be placed to load the test specimen. All the parts are made of aluminum having the same coefficient of linear expansion. The immersion bath consists of a double-walled reservoir having the inner walls made from Stainless Steel sheet and outer walls made of mild steel sheet. The space in between the walls is filled with glass wool insulation. The liquid in the bath is heated by means of an immersion heater and the rate of rising of temperature controlled with the help of an electronic voltage regulator. A digital temperature controller is provided to restrict the maximum temperature of the bath. The deflection of the specimen is measured with the help of dial gauge.

The "ASIAN" Elmendorf Tear Tester consists of a brass sector pendulum pivoted on anti-friction ball bearings over a vertical bracket fixed on a rigid metallic base. The test specimen, in shape of a rectangular, is held between two clamps, one of which is mounted on a pendulum and the other is mounted on the vertical bracket. The clamps are mounted in such a manner that their holding faces are aligned with each other when the pendulum is released by lifting a release lever the action cause the pendulum to fall down under its weight & to tear the test specimen while doing so. Th energy absorbed during tearing is indicated on a scale fitted on pendulum by a low friction pointer pivoted on the axis of the pendulum. An adjustable knife is also mounted on the pendulum upper bracket is centered between the two clamps & is used for making the initial slit in the test specimen. A check weight is supplied with the tester for verification of the scale. The instruments are finished is metallic painting and bright chrome plating to give it a corrosion resistant finish.

The ASIAN Humidity Chamber made of cubical shape, the inner body of the chamber made of Stainless Steel, there is a Stainless Steel water tank at the bottom of the chamber, an immersed heater is fitted to the tank for making Humidity. There is two wire mesh tray are also fitted to the chamber, the tray is removable, the test specimen are held by the trays. There is a hinged door on the front of the instrument; a glass window is fitted to the hinged door. The outer body is made of mild steel duly powder coated to give it a corrosion resistant long life.
