Working principle

High pressure medium speed grinder mill hosts 1000-1500 kg high-pressure spring fastening on roller suspender. After working grinding roller rotates around spindle and rolling close to the grinding ring under the high pressure spring and centrifugal force. Its rolling pressure is 1.2 times of Raymond powder machine under the same conditions so the output is much improved. When the material is put into grinding chamber it was grinded between grinding roller and grinding ring the powder was brought into analytical machine by recirculation air from air blower qualified powder was flowed into the cyclone powder collector the large particles was going to regrind. Circulating air return to blower to repeat the above process and the left air entered the Wind bag filter for purification. Working principle

EMCC adopts advanced controllable inlet and outlet technology, grinding media is used according to corresponding grinding material, line contact replacing surface contact makes the discharging granularity uniform and productive, rod grinding machine has dry-type and wet type to choose, clients could select suitable type according to practical situation.

Working principle

Electrical machine drives barrel to rotate by reduction box and gearwheel gearing-down or low speed synchronous motor downshifts through gearwheel to rotate barrel. Barrel is loaded with steel bar as grinding medium. Under the centrifugal force and friction force grinding medium will be elevated to certain height and be thrown down. Grinded material will be put into barrel continuously from feed port and be grinded by moving medium processed material will be discharged out of machine by the force of overflow and feeding to the next process.

Working principle

Raymond mill whole structure is constituted by main machine analytical engine plumbing installation and air blower crusher elevator electromagnetism vibrating feeder and electric motor. After being crushed to requested size material will be taken to storage hopper by elevator then vibrating feeder will convey material evenly and continuously to main machine grinding chamber under the force of centrifugal grinding roller swing outward and press on grinding ring shovel blade scoops material up to gap between roll and ring grinding roller rolls to grind material. After being grinded fine powder will be taken to classifier to be classified coarse material will fall down to be reground standard fine powder will go to finished product cyclone collector and discharged by discharge powder tube. There is moisture in material the heat caused by grinding process makes moisture evaporated all the connectors of pipe are not close-connected outside air will be inhaled cyclic pressure will be increased grinding mill could work under condition of negative pressure state incremental air will be discharged to dust collector through ductwork and it will be discharge into atmosphere after purification.
