The Blastcrete Model D6528 Mixer/Pump is designed for field batching and pumping up to 12 cubic yards per hour. The unit includes our 9 cubic foot hydraulic spiral mixer that hydraulically dumps into our 12 cubic foot receiving hopper. From the hopper, the material is pumped by our D6528 3 inch hydraulic squeeze pump with variable speed from 0-12 cubic yards per hour. This machine is a popular solution for gypsum flooring applications as this unit is more reliable and user-friendly than competitive equipment.

The D3522 Mixer/Pump is composed of our D3522 2-inch hydraulic squeeze pump with infinitely variable speed from 0-6 cubic yards per hour, 9 cu. ft. capacity hydraulic spiral mixer with hydraulic dump, hydraulic agitator in the receiving hopper, and mounted on a high speed single axle trailer with lights and electric braking package. The D3522 Mixer/Pump's primary wear part is the rubber pumping tube that can be replaced in 20 minutes.

The X-10 is our ultra high pressure swing tube piston pump designed for refractory and shotcrete applications up to 12 cubic yards per hour. This is the most user-friendly pump on the market to operate and maintain. The unit includes our simple swing out hopper for fast access to the swing tube section for cleaning and maintenance, rugged receiving hopper agitator, forklift tubing mounted to the lower hopper for easy flat pack removal, and includes our reliable solid state electronics. The piston face pressure for this machine is 2200 PSI that allows you to pump material further than any competitive equipment.

The Makinex Hose 2 Go is a portable constant pressure water supply unit that produces a continuous output pressure of 9 psi. Hose 2 Go is ideal for applications that require dust suppression using water such as cutting, grinding concrete, drilling or washing. The 13.8 litre capacity tank can be filled in 40 seconds from an average spigot and can operate for up to 30 minutes. Hose 2 Go has no pumps and complicated circuits which ensure prolonged service life and significantly reduce maintenance costs.

The heavy duty ChemGrout model CG-050M is an easy to use, portable, skid mounted, hand operated grout pump, designed for smaller jobs using high viscosity slurries and most pre-packaged grouts.
