We have delivered a 3 AXIS Resistance Welding SPM which is used for manufacturing a 66 inches Round Jaali of SS/MS Wire. This SPM is capable of Winding the Wire and Doing Spot Resistance welding at programmed Location. The X-Axis and Z-Axis is the linear axis and Base AXIS which holds the Job is Rotary. The arrangement done for holding the job is a Pneumatic arrangement which firmly holds the job. Also, it consists of a pneumatic Job release Function.
We have provided an SPM for glueing application integrating with NORDON Glue dispenser used for dispensing a heat-treated glue on a hood of luxury Sedan. The 3 Dimensional (3D) profile made during the dispensing of the glue was very complex and the dispensing sections were very intricate. But, Using this SPM made it an easy and accurate task enabling precision glueing each and every time.
GD-C5000 is specially made for the automobile industry or mostly car manufacturing.
GD-5000 Robot has a reach of 5000 mm in X-axis, 2000 mm in Y-Axis and 600 mm in Z-axis. However, stroke customization is available as per requirement.

We have provided an SPM for Cutt foam. As the cutting foam is a very tedious job using CNC routers is also not a that viable method. We have successfully made this task smooth by collaborating with German Engineering and made that Project Successful.
This SPM is a 3 axis Gantry type and is equipped with German-made 360 degree oscillatory blade movement Spindle. It has a bed size of 1200 x 1200 mm. Z-Axis Stroke is 500 mm.

The Cartesian Co-ordinate Robot (also called Linear Robot) is an industrial robot whose three principal axes of control are linear (i.e. they move in a straight line and are at right angles to each other. The three sliding joints correspond to moving the wrist up-down, in-out, back-forth. Among other advantages, this mechanical arrangement simplifies the Robot control arm solution. Cartesian coordinate robots with the horizontal member supported at both ends are sometimes called Gantry robots; mechanically, they resemble gantry cranes.
A most common task needing automation is Multi-Line Palletizing, sometimes referred to as built-to-order palletizing or order-building palletizing.
Fundamentally, these types of systems allow a distributor to build final pallet orders to ship directly to the end-user by way of pulling from multiple lines of same type product pallets. The robot is told what quantities of each type of product should be used to build a final complete pallet for shipping. It then automatically builds that pallet using an available product from a variety of other source pallets inside the reach of the work cell. When one of those pallets runs out of product, a new pallet of that product type is delivered to an empty location where the robot can continue to pull items from it.
Gantry robots are one of the best solutions for multi-line palletizing situations due to the virtually unlimited length of pallets that could be placed in the envelope to pull from. In contrast, an articulated arm’s limited reach can generally only build extremely limited quantities of build-to-order pallets unless placed on a rail. In that case, the articulated arm has effectively just become the end-of-arm tool of a gantry robot.
The SCARA acronym stands for Selective Compliance Assembly Robot Arm or Selective Compliance Articulated Robot Arm.
This is basically 4 axis robot consisting 3 Rotary axes with a single linear up-down movement. Its arm was rigid in the Z-axis and pliable in the XY-axes, which allowed it to adapt to holes in the XY-axes. By virtue of the SCARA’s parallel-axis joint layout, the arm is slightly compliant in the X-Y direction but rigid in the ‘Z’ direction. This is advantageous for many types of assembly operations, i.e., inserting a round pin in a round hole without binding.

AshSanit robot is made for the use in disinfection of Hospitals, Offices and Malls etc. These are equipped with a Jet spray and a fogging unit for the spraying and fogging of sanitation materials. It also consists of UV light tubes for the Ultra-Violet sanitation.
The robot consists of a mobile base equipped with multiple LIDAR sensors and an array of UV lamps mounted on top. To deploy a robot, you drive it around once using our mobile app or controller.
LIDAR technology is used to scan the close environment and which creates a digital map using multiple Lidar scanners. After this, AshSanit will automatically pin out the mapping points also called as in-room mapping which will indicate all the rooms and way-points where the robot should stop for performing disinfection tasks.
The navigation system used by the robot to scan and loco-mate itself in the area using simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM) and its operations are then completely autonomous or we can call it the Auto-Pilot Mode. AshSanit travels from its charging dock, through Gangways, Elevators and performs its disinfection tasks without human intervention before coming back for feeding up. For safety purpose, The robot operates only in the absence of people and this unique feature helps us in putting up safety first. Sensors are used to detect motion and shutting the UV lights off if a person enters the area.
The Vision of the AshSanit robots is to help hospitals, Malls, Metro / Railway stations, Airports and public places prevent these infections in the first place.
