1 Products availableWe fabricate 100 TPH Skid Mounted Plant that is reasonably priced and the special mounting is suitable for both, quarrying and mining industry. It offers a cost effective way of reducing oversize materials.
FEEDING TO THE PLANTWith help of feeding flight conveyor. The flight conveyor can handle boulders upto 30 mm size and the feeding height of the conveyor is only 2.5 to 3 mtr. Hence, the plant can be fed with the help of loaders without any feeding ramp. If required one small ramp of 2 mtr. height can be constructed with the help of wire mesh.
PRIMARY CRUSHER2 primary jaw crushers of AC 30 size.
SECONDARY CRUSHERAll the output from the plant will be perfectly cubical in shape. The probable fleeciness index of the output will be around 5-7%. We guarantee that the quality of the output will conform to the specification of Most.
The crushing plant will be provided with one vibrating screen of 10 x 4 size in 4 deck construction. The decks of the vibrating screen have been arranged as follows :
In our design we have planned to supply complete conveyor system in tubular structure construction. The supports of the conveyor will be leg or rope as per the requirement. The head drum of the conveyor are self geared maintenance free. There will be no need of any outside gear box system for this conveyor. All conveyors considered are 500 mm belt width and the belts are endless type with 315/3 quality, 3 mm top, 1.5 mm bottom and M-24 grade of covering. In our layout planning we have considered to supply total conveyors of 110 mtr. long in 7 sections.
MOTORSWe will supply one set of electric motor of TEFC cage type along with the plant of following rating:
We feel one generating set of 400 KVA will be sufficient to operate the plant.
CONTROL PANELWe will supply one suitable control panel along with the plant. The said control panel will have overload protection, earth fault protection, single phase protection for the motors. The panel will have provision for auto and manual operation with emergency stop facilities. The control panel will be placed on the skid structure of the plant.
CONNECTED LOADConsidering provision for any additional load of 5 HP. the total power requirement of the plant will be 337 HP.
CONNECTING CABLEWe will provide one set of connecting cables from equipment to control panel only. The supply cable from main power source to control panel is not included. Supervision of erection and commissioning We will provide supervision of erection and commissioning of the plant and will charge extra.
Conveyor is the Industrys most comprehensive range of quality belt conveyors, with models to measure up to any stock pilling, delivery or general purpose duty. ARYA Conveyors are suitable for normal conveying angle of 16 Deg. to 20 Deg. ARYA Conveyors also can be provided with wheels which facilitate mobility.
Structure of ARYA Conveyor system has been designed from Lahice-braced sections of Welded steel angle and M.s. Tubes to provide light weight, but very strong construction.
Head Drum of the conveyor system is self geared maintenance free and with inbuilt motor. In some application the head drum can be provided with outside gear box and separate drive motor required it.
The Carrying Iddler are 3 roll type and impact Iddler are rubberised.
Belt of conveyors are endless type with Nylon Fabric with 315/3 quality, 3 mm top, 1.5 mm bottom and M-24 covering.

Vibrating Screens are quite effective and convenient against conventional Rotary Screens.
The main advantages are: Higher Screening Efficiency
The body of Vibrating Screen is consists of base frame and screen supporting structure. The base frame is welded using heavy channels and angles and special care has been taken during design. Screen supporting structure and Screen are made from wear resistant special Coil Steels.
Self lubricating heavy duty double row roller, self aligning bearings have been provided to hold the centre shaft with screen supporting structure.
This shaft is made from special steel and it is supported at both ends by means of two roller bearings. Two eccentric dead weights have been provided on both ends to generate vibrations with the help of driving pulley.
The foundation frame of the driving motor is provided by projection on one side of the Vibrating Screen and supports from base frame are also provided to hold the motor foundation. The size of motor varies as per the size of Vibrating Screen. Normally squirrel cage motor of 960 RPM is provided with the screen.
Suitable helical coilded springs are provided with the Vibrating Screen. Entire screen holding structure is supported by these springs. Special care has been taken to manufacture these springs which bear entire load along with continuous vibratory process. These springs can easily be replaced by news ones when required.
The screens are made from special coilded sheets to provide sufficient resistance to excess wear and tear. The hole size of the screening surgface can be made as per the requirements of the customer. For each deck, screen surface is made from single sheet metal and shretched lengthwise to provide robust constructional service. The number of screening surface depends upon the number of decks of the screen. The inclination is given to the screen according to the suitability of work.
The pully is provided on one side of the centre shaft with two v-grooves on it. It is directly coupled with driving motor with the help of 2 Nos. of v-belts. The dia of driving pully has been calculated as per the requirement of No. of vibrations per second.
Dead weights with eccentricity on there centre are provided on both the sides of the centre which generate the vibratory action. The size of dead weight and its eccentricity vary as per the design value for each and every screen.

Normally 2(3 or 4 deck vibrating Screens are provided against special request). In case of 3 or 4 deck Vibrating Screen one special collecting (discharge) hopper is also provided.
