Plywood boards, Waterproof plywood is made from 100% Hardwood Timber. Core and Face Veneers are Phenol Formaldehyde (PF) Resin bonded. No rubber wood or inferior wood is used and German Glue line Technology is adopted in the process to make it 100% borer proof. Further, ARCHIDPLY is boiling waterproof being PF resin bonded under high temperature and pressure to keep the bonding intact even with 72 hours of boiling, ARCHIDPLY is also chemical impregnated for better resistance to insects, stability and durability.

Archidply Waterproof Block Board is bonded with a high quality Phenol FormaldehydeResin pressed at a high temperature and pressure to ensure optimum strength and durability. It is made from seasoned solid wood cores placed horizontally and is covered with face veneers. The board is seasoned to moisture content and chemically treated for resistance to wood destroying organisms.

The Archidply Pre-laminated board range boasts of the largest range of decors in India.During the manufacturing process, High Grammage, imported dcor paper is melamine impregnated and machine pressed onto both surfaces of the particle board/MDF, under a controlled temperature and pressure. The result is the permanent bonding between the board and the laminate. This makes our Pre-Lam free from all defects like waviness, telescopy and air pockets.

Our Pre-Lam is manufactured not merely to Indian specifications (BIS), but also to the rigidGerman DIN, British and American Standards.
