During the night and early morning, due to humidity, condensation takes place and small droplets called dew are formed. These dew drops are clear, transparent and reflect light brightly. The dew drop machine prints such beautiful dew drops on textiles.
Dew drop effect is obtained using resin paste which can be used for printing on any kind of textile. On adding pigments to the paste colourful effect like dews can be obtained on the entire fabric.
Plastic Drop PrintThe appearance of paste is milky white and later various coloured foil can be transferred to give the plain white specific colours. The colourful effect can also be obtained by adding pigments to the paste. Various droppings in different patterns can be obtained by using special rotary screens.
Binder coating to fabric leads to feeding pile after which the residual pile is collected in the pre drying phase with heat setting and brushing followed by inspection and packaging of the final product.
Kinds of Flocking Pile FabricsFlocking on fabrics can be done in two ways:
Either it can be done all over or it can be done in a required pattern on the fabric.
Models# Design and specifications are subject to change without prior intimation.# Required size available on demand.
The foil stamping process takes place in various stages. In the first stage the adhesive is transferred to the textile through the Flat Bed screen or a Rotary Screen. The adhesive coated textile passes through the Foil Stamping Machine where in there is an unwinding device for textile and foil roll. These simultaneously pass through a hot stamping device after which, the foil is transferred to the Precoated textile.
In the next stage, the textile goes through the winding section where the foil and the textile are separated and individually wound.
Roll to roll foil stamping can be done in various shades and colours like gold, silver, multicolor and tone to tone. This stamping can be done in very minute and small designs also with a raised effect, if the stamping order is in large quantities. This type of foil stamping is very useful if followed through on a finished dyed or printed textile and if any additional effects are required.
This type of roll to roll foil stamping machine is used in garments where particular portions of the textiles like sarees, dress materials, furnishings etc. need to be highlighted by the foil.

In rotary screen coating, the patterns are normally dots and open or closed surface structures. The adjustment of weight is done by open areas and thickness of the screens.
The sparkler machine has glitters that are pieces of self adhesive coloured foil cut in various shapes and sizes.
Two fabrics run simultaneously and glitters are randomly showered through the hopper on the fabrics. Glitters pass through the thermal press unit, and are finely set on the fabrics.
This process is used for textiles like sarees, dress materials, garments, etc. Additionally if can be used for enhancing purses, presentations, jewellery cases, book covers, paper folders, decorative materials and pandal decoration etc.
The highly versatile Calendar is suitable for the transfer of dye sublimation inks from paper onto the fabric to be printed or fix the ink on directly printed fabrics.

Our Transfer Print is an independent and compact machine that is used to print, in a continuous working system, weaved and knitted fabrics as well as continuous filaments on warp beams using the transfer of colours based on temperature.
Also it can be used as a fabric dry laminating machine for intermediate thermoplastic films.
Process
The transfer printing system is actually offering the users some advantages with respect to the traditional system.
It is a pure ecological system. It needs a very simple installation and minimal space. Is also offers excellent results in terms of colour solidity and penetration, together with an agreeable fabricsoft touch.Because of the fabric circulation system, our machine is able to process not only weaved and knitted fabricsbut also continuous filaments on warp beams.
The fabric printed in a transfer printing machine do not need further treatments, like washing or steaming, so no auxiliary machine or chemical product is needed. The transfer printing system is successful all around the world has stimulated the manufacturing of transfer printing paper. It is very easy and economic to create and obtain proper as well as, personal designs. The pressure between paper and fabrics is controlled by a special tubular and endless felt which is provided by an automatic device to avoid any possible lateral displacement.
The heating system of the oil contained inside the main cylinder can be obtained in two different ways: by electrical resistors or by external oil circulation system supplied from a generator.
Drive system with VF AC gear motor device in order to accommodate the necessary work speed to all kind of fabrics.
Automatic temperature regulation up to 230C that allow high production also with smaller cylinder diameter.
After printing the used paper and the printed fabric are both rolled-up.
Uses
Mainly used for upholstery, furnishings, sarees, dress materials , garments.
Also used for designer terry towels.
