Similarly in processing different drying techniques viz., Solar tunnel drying under poly carbonate roofing with UV protection, Open sun-drying and renewable energy powered heat pump drying are employed to generate dried leaves of different classes and quality. Free from harmful pesticides, heavy metals and microbes, our dried moringa leaves offer a potent dose of essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants apart from having a high protein content close to 25% which enable its utility in nutrient supplements, food ingredients and animal fodder.
