Internal Coil Reactor

Internal coils can be either helical or axial and they considerably affect the flow inside the reactor because they impose an additional resistance to flow circulation. The performance of these types of reactors is greatly affected by the location of their internals and their mode of operation. This means that the number and location of the coils, as well as tube radius and coil helix diameter are important design parameters for such systems. All these factors have an influence on the flow and heat transfer inside the tank. The amount of coils and their design will determine the heat transfer area inside the tank. On one hand, it is desirable to have as many coils as possible for it increases the heat transfer area but, on the other hand, the smaller the number of coils and its diameter is, the better the circulation and mixing inside the tank. MS LEAD BONDED / LINING REACTOR

Aries Fabricators lead bonding/lining division is known for its high quality finish. We execute lead bonding activities by procuring 99.97% pure lead ingot imports from Australia. The surface of the Reactor is cleaned by sand blasting it after total fabrication of the reactor. Lead sticks derived from lead ingots are then bonded with the vessel. FIXED TUBE (AF-FT)

AFixed Tube Sheet Heat Exchanger is the most common type of heat exchanger in all industries. Mostly used in higher-pressure and higher temperature applications.

Fixed Tube Sheet heat exchangers are the most widely used heat exchangers in chemical industries and refinery services, as there is no chance on intermixing of fluids.This type of heat exchanger is employed where even slightest intermixing of fluids can not be tolerated. A xed-tube sheet heat exchanger has straight tubes that are secured at both ends to tube sheets welded to the shell. The construction may have removable channel covers , bonnet-type channel covers , or integral tube sheets. The principal advantage of the xed tube sheet construction is its low cost because of its simple construction.

U BUNDLE TYPE HEAT EXCHANGERS

Option 1: A heat-exchanger system consisting of a bundle of U tubes (hairpin tubes) surrounded by a shell (outer vessel); one fluid flows through the tubes, and the other fluid flows through the shell, around the tubes. Multitherm can duplicate any existing bundle to include dimensions, materials and performance. we can build U tube bundles, straight tube floating tube bundles, or we can retube fixed tube sheet heat exchangers when the bundles is not removable. Multitherm is not locked into any one material. Most bundles tend to be build with copper tubes and steel tube sheets.

Option 2: The U-tube head (U) is a very simple design requiring a bundle of U tubes, only one tube sheet, no expansion joints, and no rear-end head at all, allowing easy removal of the bundle. The thermal stress problem is eliminated because each tube is free to expand/contract independently. One disadvantage is, individual tube replacement is not possible except in the outer rows, and an even number of tube passes is required. Some tubes are lost in the center due to HEAT EXCHANGERS 17.7 tube bend limit, and tube side mechanical cleaning of the bends is difficult. Flow-induced vibration could be a problem for tubes in the outermost row. It is the lowest-cost design because there is no need for the second tube sheet.

Internal Coil Reactor

Aries Fabricatiors internal Heating & Cooling Coil Reactor are generally preferred where highly exothermic reactions are taking place, to control the temperature. Internal coils can be either helical or axial and they considerably affect the flow inside the reactor because they impose an additional resistance to flow circulation. The performance of these types of reactors is greatly affected by the location of their internals and their mode of operation. This means that the number and location of the coils, as well as tube radius and coil helix diameter are important design parameters for such systems. All these factors have an influence on the flow and heat transfer inside the tank. The amount of coils and their design will determine the heat transfer area inside the tank. On one hand, it is desirable to have as many coils as possible for it increases the heat transfer area but, on the other hand, the smaller the number of coils and its diameter is, the better the circulation and mixing inside the tank. These reactors are designed keeping in mind, the process requirements.

MS LEAD BONDED / LINING REACTOR

Aries Fabricators lead bonding/lining division is known for its high quality finish. We execute lead bonding activities by procuring 99.97% pure lead ingot imports from Australia. The surface of the Reactor is cleaned by sand blasting it after total fabrication of the reactor. Lead sticks derived from lead ingots are then bonded with the vessel. Lead bonding and lining is generally used in reaction of anti-corrosive and acidic components.

    1. Homogenous lead bonding tests are conducted to ensure quality and proper application of lead bonding/lining on the equipment.

FIXED TUBE (AF-FT)

AFixed Tube Sheet Heat Exchanger is the most common type of heat exchanger in all industries. Mostly used in higher-pressure and higher temperature applications.

Fixed Tube Sheet heat exchangers are the most widely used heat exchangers in chemical industries and refinery services, as there is no chance on intermixing of fluids.This type of heat exchanger is employed where even slightest intermixing of fluids can not be tolerated. A xed-tube sheet heat exchanger has straight tubes that are secured at both ends to tube sheets welded to the shell. The construction may have removable channel covers , bonnet-type channel covers , or integral tube sheets. The principal advantage of the xed tube sheet construction is its low cost because of its simple construction.

U BUNDLE TYPE HEAT EXCHANGERS

Option 1: A heat-exchanger system consisting of a bundle of U tubes (hairpin tubes) surrounded by a shell (outer vessel); one fluid flows through the tubes, and the other fluid flows through the shell, around the tubes. Multitherm can duplicate any existing bundle to include dimensions, materials and performance. we can build U tube bundles, straight tube floating tube bundles, or we can retube fixed tube sheet heat exchangers when the bundles is not removable. Multitherm is not locked into any one material. Most bundles tend to be build with copper tubes and steel tube sheets.

Option 2: The U-tube head (U) is a very simple design requiring a bundle of U tubes, only one tube sheet, no expansion joints, and no rear-end head at all, allowing easy removal of the bundle. The thermal stress problem is eliminated because each tube is free to expand/contract independently. One disadvantage is, individual tube replacement is not possible except in the outer rows, and an even number of tube passes is required. Some tubes are lost in the center due to HEAT EXCHANGERS 17.7 tube bend limit, and tube side mechanical cleaning of the bends is difficult. Flow-induced vibration could be a problem for tubes in the outermost row. It is the lowest-cost design because there is no need for the second tube sheet.
