Arhanta Yoga

Arhanta Yoga ® is an international Yoga school with Yoga ashrams in India and The Netherlands. We provide internationally accredited professional yoga courses and training while maintaining the authenticity of the ancient teachings. Since 2009 more than 4000 yoga teachers have graduated from Arhanta Yoga Ashrams.

Our Mission
We believe in the ancient principles and philosophy of classical yoga and our mission is to provide authentic knowledge of yoga and yoga philosophy in non sectarian way.

In our traditional yoga ashrams in India and in the Netherlands we teach the authentic teachings of classical yoga without altering them. Our goal is to guide you towards the practice of Yamas and Niyamas as a way of the life and to help you to find balance and peace in life .

We want to help people increase their spiritual awareness and we want to encourage all of our students to spread their knowledge of yoga and their understanding of love, compassion and peace.
