Wet granulation continues to be a widely used method in the manufacture of tablets. In this process, granules are formed from wetted mixtures of the pre-blended tablet ingredients (usually milled form of active ingredients plus excipients), dried, screened and compressed into tablets. This method is often employed in tablets that have either a low dose active or a very high dose of active. It is ideal for food fortification and as a dietary supplement due to its anti-caking properties and fine particle size.

As part of our diversification process, we have set up a separate facility for the manufacturing of Di Calcium Phosphate, Mineral Mixtures and Vitamin Mixtures for Cattle, Poultry, Pets and Shrimp feed. These products are free from undesirable odours, animal origin impurities and risks of disease transmitted through other organic based products. They have the maximum bioavailability to keep the animals healthy.
