Features :

• Small compact and indispensable Vices with steel jaws. On the face of which are grooved horizontal and vertical notches for holding, round, square, thin & irregular work for drilling & light milling.
• Vices are equipped with a convenient unigrip mechanism. Spindle moves inside the hollow hand grip allowing the vice to be used at a location away from table edge. This feature increase the scope of application of the range of vices.

Construction :

• These Vices are manufactured from close grained Hi Tensile seasoned Cast Iron.
• Jaws: Fully hardened (503 HRC) and ground tool steel jaws with parallelism within 0.0012" (30 microns)
• Spindle: Precisely cut ACME threads with pitch most suitable for firm gripping and smooth operations.
• Nut: Hot stamped manganese steelz nut contained in totally enclosed sliding jaws.
• Fasteners: All fasteners used in the vices are grade 10.8 which provide extended strength and rigidity to these vices

Features :

• The Vice can either be gripped in one hand or held between the jaws of a larger Vice thus allowing better access to the work peice. The jaws are tightened by means of a large wing nut.

• These vices are best suited for working on small jobs.

Features :

• Hinged Pipe vice so called because the frame (containing the main screw and top jaw ) and the base are hinged together.
• To grip a pipe the frame is hinged back and the pipe loacted on the lower jaw. When the frame is hinged own a locking hook automatically engages onto the side of the base holding the vice firmly shut. Ideal for fast repetitive work.
