FM-200 (HFC-227EA)

  • Type gas suppression systems
  • Material Carbon Steel
  • Application Industrial use
  • Color Red
  • Feature Hard Structure, Industry Proven Design, Less Maintenance, Rust Proof, Superior Functional
  • Condition New

Gas Suppression Systems FM-200 (HFC-227EA) is a reliable solution based on HFC 227ea, an extinguishing agent known around the world. Built on 42-bar technology, these Gas Suppression Systems are efficient and space-saving. Whether for the valuable systems, data, people or the working environment, this Gas Suppression System provides optimum protection in case of fire and helps ensuring business continuity. The extinguishing agent of this Gas Suppression System is very effective and works at low extinguishing concentrations to protect people and assets. The extinguishing agent is chemically inert and has low electric conductivity. This Gas Suppression Systems provides ideal protection especially for areas with electrical and electronic risks of fire. Extinguishing without leaving any residue and without risking of corrosion is found in this Gas Suppression System- for example a smoldering fire in electrical switching rooms, telecommunication systems, data centers or server rooms can be checked before it spreads.

Features

  • Reduces risk of downtime and helps maintain business continuity in the event of a fire
  • Clean leaving no residue
  • Safe for discharge into occupied spaces
  • Design concentrations for 95% of its applications fall well below NOAEL levels
  • Cost effective engineered system, providing maximum protection
  • Sustainable technology providing an environmentally friendly solution

Technical Specifications

  • FM-200 agent actively attacks the fire to extinguish flames rapidly
  • Engineered system providing a fast acting 10 second discharge
  • Offers full-developed, flexible design limits to fit any application environment

NAF S125

  • Type Fire Suppression Systems
  • Material Carbon Steel
  • Application Industrial use
  • Color Red
  • Feature Hard Structure, Industry Proven Design, Less Maintenance, Superior Functional
  • Condition New

NAF® S 125 is a UL Recognized and US EPA SNAP Listed gaseous extinguishing agent. NAF® S 125 Engineered Systems are UL Listed.
NAF® S 125 is suitable for use in rooms, vaults, enclosed machines, containers, storage areas and wherever fixed enclosures are present. It is an electrically non-conductive media, it can therefore be used to protect electronic and delicate equipment. After discharge NAF® S 125 does not require the clean-up of the protected enclosure, making it extremely useful in applications where damage by other extinguishing methods would be prohibitive.
NAF® S 125 has a low order of toxicity. At typical design concentrations it can be safely used to protect normally occupied areas.
The NAF S 125® formulation includes a patented additive that reduces the levels of decomposition by-products normally generated by halocarbons during extinguishment and enhances extinguishing performance (inter alia US Patent No. 6, 402, 975 and EU Patent No. 630, 278).
By weight NAF® S 125 requires the lowest concentration, making NAF® S 125 the most cost effective clean agent solution available in the market today.

They are available in 180º and 360º coverage that is suitable for total flooding systems in occupied areas. This Gas Suppression System protects areas such as computers, archives, electrical and telecommunications equipment, Server Room/Data Center, Hospitals, Petrochemical, Offshore, Airport, Laboratories, Paint Booths, etc. The typical design concentration of this Gas Suppression System is 8%, with a discharge time of 10 seconds in accordance with the UL 2166 regulations.
Discharge is via valves that have been completely designed by manufacturer and certified by the top independent agencies. This gas suppression system offers great flexibility of adaptation to all actuation systems currently on the market, and even allows combinations of several of these. This gas suppression system design incorporates elements that protect against accidental activation due to micro-seepage. All of the valves are registered through the Ministry of Industry and thus comply with an obligatory standard. The NAF S125 extinguishing systems include discharge nozzles especially designed to maximize the properties of the extinguishing agent. They are available in 180º and 360º coverage.

Main benefits :

  • 20% Gas less required in comparison of FM200 System
  • Maximum reduction of fire damage / Rapid intervention
  • Maximum safety in the area
  • Excellent cost/benefit ratio
  • Low maintenance cost
  • Low space occupied / low installation weight
  • Maximum safety for personnel
  • Maximum flexibility of use / rapid distribution

Certificates :

  • The NAF S125 are certified by the LPCB (loss prevention certification board) of England no.: 108640 / BC9933
  • APCI (Cuba certification body) no : SS 4004040-1102
  • Certified by the UL (Underwriters Laboratories) : UL is a non-profit independent organization that guarantees the safety of systems and components: NAF S125 has now added the UL stamp of quality to their traditional system of quality (ISO 9001: 2000). This vouches for the design of the systems (extinguishing concentration and network calculation software); the reliability of the components and the production quality - both of the components and the extinguishing agents as well.
