Aqua Lead Systems design towards STP’s are simple. The basic design is adopted into various technologies such as Membrane Bio reactors (MBR) , Moving Bed Bio Reactors (MBBR) , Submerged Air Fixed Floatation ( SAFF), Sequential Bio Reactor (SBR ) , and the all time favorite Activated Sludge Process(ASP). Our Expertise involves the adoption of these technologies to suit the client requirement and prevailing site conditions.

Our approach to designing Effluent Treatment plants starts with a basic understanding of the Biochemical aspects of the Effluent. On designing of the plant it is vetted against our prior experience and research papers if necessary before outlining the final design. The secondary treatment will be designed using Anaerobic & Aerobic processes in exclusivity or in a symbiotic relation based on treatability of the effluent. The tertiary treatment will involve technologies such as Ultra Filtration & Reverse Osmosis systems followed by Zero Discharge Technologies such as Evaporators, Multi effect Evaporators , Falling film Evaporators Etc.
