Appro Radiator Coolants incorporate state of art of organic technology in a combination for protection of cooling systems. APPRO radiator coolants are free from phosphates, silicates, nitrites and nitrates and the salts that are chemically injurious to the systems
It is a coolant specially prepared to meet the cooling requirements of heavy vehicles like cranes, earth movers, compressors, generators and such heavy duty engines.
The product meets specifications ASTM-D -1384 and ASTM D 2570
Appro Radiator Coolants offer least evaporation .As such it always protect the radiators from excess heating adding efficiency and saving life. They also offer protection against scaling and corrosion.
It meets ASTMD1384 specifications.
It is recommended for use on Maruthi 800, ALTO, ZEN, 8*4 Indica, Sumo.Accent, Swift and other light maker vehicles
Appro Sol XL is superior emulsifying cutting oil compounded by use of fine petroleum base and special emulsifiers. It is easily miscible in water giving a strong and stable emulsion in water upto 600 ppm. It carries biocides and inhibitors offering resistance against bio-degradation, rust and bacterial infection.
Even though working conditions differ from job to job and water to water and call for different mix ratios, the general mix ratio is 1:20 in heavy jobs and 1:30 in light jobs upto 400 to 600 ppm of hard water.
Appro fin oils are neat cut oils blended from high viscosity index base oils, containing fatty material enhancing free flowing and heat dissipation properties. Fin oils are available in different grades like mineral type, sulphur type and chlorinated type, each suggested for different applications on ferrous and non-ferrous materials. They aid in good surface finish and protect against excessive wear.
Recommendation:Recommended for machining ferrous and / or non-ferrous metals of severe and extremely severe nature on automats preferring suitable type of oils for different work conditions.
Appro Hone Flush oil is very light viscosity honing oil with excellent lubricating characteristics. It has the extra fluidity to ensure a quick and thorough flushing action and the absence of any material which might cause stone glazing ensuring a very good surface finish. It also gives a long life to the honing tool.
Recommendation: Recommended for operations such as turning, drilling, & tapping, of aluminium alloys, and also for certain machining operations of ferrous & non- ferrous metals.
Appro Therm oil is mineral oil developed for use in heat transfer industrial applications. They have stability against oxidation and thermic effects. They offer long and trouble free service in heat transfer systems.
Recommendations: Appro Therm oiils are recommended for heat transfers in direct and jacketed transmission systems
