High- pressure adoptors. Releases pressure upto 90 psig. To be fitted on to SC. Type cylinder to convert them into battery of cylinders for manifold installation. Both type of adoptors as on this page are available in 22mm and 25.6mm inlet size and 3/8 or MECV outlet size.

These die-cast multi-point adopters enable the connection of the cylinders fitted with self-closing valves to a high pressure system through a standard M.E.C.V. thread with unreduced pressure and a high flow rate. The adopters fitted with a non return valve to ensure that there is no return flow of LPG whilst cylinders are being disconnected.The salient features of these adopters is the multipoint locking mechanism combined with a face seal ensures that the adopter will not leak even if it is loaded off axis. The quick disconnecting arrangement coupled with a safety interlock ensures that the device can only be disconnected after turning off the gas flow. Both adopters featured above are available in 22 mm and 25.6 mm seats, and 3/8 or MECV outlet size.

Vanaz is the pioneer manufacturer of domestic pressure regulators in India. These regulators are mainly used for household purpose and are suitable for single burner / two burner gas stoves as well as grill cum cooking range having total consumption of 500 liter / hr of LPG. R 0605 is meter regulator mainly developed for natural gas distribution through pipeline. In addition to pressure control system, it is having built in low pressure cu off valve, which ensures the working safety.

Self closing valve as per IS: 8737 are having outlet connections as a plan collar diameter, which needs a specific device to connect threaded fittings of regulator/pigtails to these valves. Adaptors are used for this purpose. The adopters are to be fitted on the valve which makes leak proof coupling between valve outlet and adopter inlet. By rotating the knob of the adopter the self closing valve spindle gets pressed and flow through adopter starts at unreduced pressure. Vanaz adopters are having brass forged body for high pressure chamber. The outlet connection is an integral part of the brass forged body and so the life of adaptors is considerably more. Each adopter is fitted with non return valve at the outlet side which restricts the reverse flow through the outlet of adaptor.
