The temperature is controlled with an accuracy of 1C by an Electronic Temperature Controller.

Our Vapor Sterilizer is transparent, light weight, corrosion proof and is made up of polymer of light grade. Our water vapor sterilizer is also incorporated with two trays which ensure 100% sterilization. Our vapor sterilizers are highly famous and we are a well known vapor sterilizer manufacturer and supplier in India. Light Weight, transparent, corrosion proof made of light grade polymer with two trays to ensure 100% sterilization. For best results, it is recommended to clean the instrument thoroughly before arranging it suitable in tray. Eight to ten formalin tablets should be kept exposed in the cabinet for overnight vapour saturation. Subsequently, only twenty to sixty minutes of exposure will be required to ensure sterilization. It is available in two sizes.

Triple Walled Dry Steam Sterilizer

ConstructionTriple walled construction, all the three walls are made of thick high grade stainless steel sheet of SS-304 grade. The lid is made of stainless steel sheet. The unit is fitted with radial locking system with paddle lifting device, made of MS chrome plated. Provided with built- in safety valve, pressure gauge, pressure release valve and water level indicator. The pressure is adjustable from 5 psi to 20 psi with automatic pressure control switch, which controls the pressure with an accuracy of +/- 1 psi. Supplied complete with stainless steel basket, chord and plug. Automatic Water Cut-off Device - This device is a safety device which protects the heaters from running dry. This device ensures that the machine is automatically switched off in case the desired water level falls below the prescribed level. Temperature Indicator (Dial Type) - This device indicates the temperature inside the chamber. Mechanical Timer with Alarm System - This is a semi-automatic device which is initiated once the pressure level inside the chamber reaches the desired value, it regulates the sterilization time of the media to be sterilized and when the desired time is passed, it activates the buzzer, which indicates that the sterilization cycle is complete and media can be extracted.
