Testing Equipment
1 Products availableOur offered Product range includes thermal shock test chambers, Photovoltaic panel test chambers, corrosion test chambers, Vibration Test Chambers and Benchtop test chambers.
Designed to cater to versatile demands of clients, these thermal shock chambers mark their sturdy presence in the industry. Comprehending distinctive testing needs of clients, we have put across versions that include air to air thermal shock chambers-CST series, and liquid to liquid thermal shock chambers-CSTL series. Plus, the series includes horizontal or vertical chambers developed with 2/3 compartments parallel to 2/3 distinct temperature levels-hot, cold, and ambient. Users have the ease of keyboard and display supported by the PLC-based control system that also facilitates automatic running of pre-defined test cycles. The capacity ranges from 27 litres to 1000 litres.
Some noticeable features of this range of chambers include:
With our new series of chambers that facilitate reliable testing on photovoltaic panels, it is sure that needs of a testing laboratory are comprehensively met. The foremost series consists of three distinct models viz. PV3000, PV4500, and PV8500 that are dedicated to Standard Test Methods laid down by norms.
To cater to the demand of simple but lasting Damp Heat Tests as required by the Standard Test Methods (85 Celcius/85 percent RH for 1000 h), the DH models serve as basic climatic chambers. For performing the radiation pre-treatment phase, UV3000 is a definite testing chamber.
Plus, clients distinctive needs can be conveniently met on their specific requests that may include Hail Test Equipment and Data Acquisition System.
The team thought of a reliable alternate to the traditional 'salt spray chambers' approach. The outcome is 'DCTC', an approach that favors studying the specimens undergoing 'scab' and 'filiform' corrosion tests. The designing of these chambers ensured the use of plastic non-corrosion materials to deliver ideal seal over time.
Comprehending the needs of the industry, we designedtwo distinct models. The'basic'version comes withmanual control system, while the'programmable'(P)version comes withPLC-based control system(along with 5-function keyboard and display that favors automatic tests).
Mentioned hereunder are some noticeable attributes of this series:
Very easy operation:
A worm screw type of lifting system, managed by the touch screen control panel, allows to adapt the test cabinet to the shaker height. It is also possible to add horizontal movement on request. This is especially valuable if your shaker allows both vertical and horizontal movement or if you want to use more shakers with the same chamber.
Great flexibility:
Different removable floors, for vertical and horizontal vibrations, can adapt the chamber to any existing standard shakers. If there is the need to use the chamber without the shaker in place, a blind floor is available. The test cabinet movement is managed by the detachable control panel located on the right side of the chamber.
Standard models:
The available volumes are 600, 1200 and 2200 litres; the temperature range is from 70 to 180C, while the humidity range is from 10% to 95% (in the temperature range of +10/+95C). No. 3 choices of temperature change rate are available: 5, 10, or 15C/minute.
ACS Benchtop Test Chambers provide high efficiency in limited space. Small footprint, easy installation, low consumption, reduced noise level and reach basic configuration, including the observation window, make these chambers the ideal choice for any Research and Development Laboratory looking for compact units to test small components and products in the electronic and automotive fields.
They are equipped with the powerful KeyKratos Plus touchscreen control system, based on PID control through PLC, having the following advanced features:
ACS Benchtop Chambers can provide a temperature range from -40 to +130C (16 l) or -70 to +180C (60 and 110 l) and humidity range from 10% RH to 95% RH (110 l). All the models only require a single-phase electrical supply.
Potential-free contact for switching-off test specimens, UV lamp and additional shelves are available as options for the 110 l model. These chambers can be supplied with an optional supporting table with wheels (110 l) or will easily sit on a laboratory benchtop.
