1 Products availableWe offer a complete product range of Fine Air Filter, Sample Dispensing Booth, 4.5 Feet Vertical Laminar Air Flow Cabinet, A1 Type Biosafety Cabinet and Pleat Gel Air Filter
Sampling Booth has been designed to provide a Class 100 working environment at rest, with built-in scavenging system to ensure protection for the product, operator and surrounding environment.
The system comprises:
Many microbiological and cell culture laboratories require highly sterile working environment for performing research activities and laminar air flow cabinets are the best solution for them. Often called laminar air flow chambers or laminar air flow workstations, these laminar air flow cabinets are designed to keep contents of the work zone safe from particulates that are sensitive to such contamination.
A laminar air flow cabinet maintains a unidirectional flow of HEPA-filtered air over the work area and protects the working environment from dust and other air-born particulates. The flow can be horizontal (parallel to the work surface) or vertical (from top to the work surface). Both the air flow types have their own significance in research. The question, where to use horizontal air flow cabinet or vertical air flow cabinet, this choice solely depends upon the requirements of applications.
Features :
We offer Class III Biosafety Cabinet for product, personnel & environment protection only. These offer air balancing of 100% exhaust with incineration & working zone under negative. The bio-safety Class III cabinets are designed for work with Microbiological agents assigned to bio-safety level 4. These cabinets provide maximum protection to the environment and the worker. The cabinet provides access for passage of materials inside through a double-door pass-through box, which can be decontaminated between uses. The supply and exhaust air is HEPA filtered. The exhaust air passes through the Two HEPA Filters, or a single HEPA filter and an air incinerator, before discharge to the outdoors. The airflow is maintained by a dedicated independent exhaust exterior, which keeps the cabinet under negative pressure. The cabinet has arm-length, heavy-duty rubber gloves attached in a gas-tight manner that ports in the cabinet and allows for manipulation of the materials isolated inside. Although the gloves restrict movement, they prevent the users from direct contact with the hazardous materials.
