DIGITAL PROCESS INDICATORS are designed to display the process value like temp., pressure, flow, pH etc. These instruments accept 0/4 - 20 mA or 0/1 - 5 V DC sigals from transmitters as well as direct signals form temperature sensors. The Zero, Span adjustments are accessible from front panal. The process indicators employs state-of-the-art technology. The design having highly stable constant current source & reference supply , With very low temperature drift. The rugged DIN standard box with 2.5 mm2 screw type terminals for electrical connections are the added features.

CONSTRUCTION & OPERATION
The glass epoxy, Green mask with high quality component board is mounted on brass studs. The instrument is mounted on a MS plate & this plate with 2" U clamps are fitted on 2" pipe.DIP switch & LCD are visible from outside to adjust & read the ranges. Zero, span trimpots are accessible from outside for ON - line calibration for flame proof versions. The 4 to 20 mA signal generates the power for 1C, & a series resistance generating avoltage drop are fed to display the process parameter. The rangeability is added parameter. The rangeability is added withzero, span calibration trimpots.
APPLICATIONS
For local indication of process parameter in a huge plant Loop powered indicator is ideal since no power is required. These are used in steel, fertiliser, food, chemical, dairy, rubber & sugar industries.

Signal isolators are used to provide isolation between both field DC signals and final control element. The instrument provides 1.5 KV DC galvanic & opto isolation between the input signal & output signals. These instruments accepts 0/4 to 20mA singal proportional to input.The high accuracy, linearity & very low temp. drift is the added feature. The instrument is housed in a std DIN rail housing with zero, span adjustments are user accessible.The instrument in packaged in plastic DIN rail also suitable for wall mounting. 24v DC output is optional to power field transmitters.Dual I/P & Dual 0/P version available. Also 8 I/P and 8 O/P version in DIN rail mounting available. Any I/P & O/P configuration as per system requirement can be given.
