Product:
Soudafoam 1K is a one-component, self-expanding, ready to use polyurethane foam with CFC-free propellants, which are completely harmless to the ozone layer.
Characteristics:
? Excellent adhesion on most substrates (except Teflon, PE and PP)
? High thermal and acoustical insulation

? Excellent stability (no shrink or post expansion)
Application examples:
? Installation of window- and doorframes
? Filling of cavities
? Sealing of all openings in roof constructions
? Creation of a soundproof screen
? Mounting and sealing of window- and doorframes
? Connecting of insulation materials and roof constructions
? Application of a soundproofing layer on motors
? Improving thermal insulation in cooling systems
Application:
Shake the aerosol can for at least 20 seconds. Put the adapter on the valve. Moisten surfaces with a water sprayer prior to application. Remove pressure from the applicator to stop. Fill holes and cavities for 50 %, as the foam will expand.
Repeat shaking regularly during application. If you have to work in layers repeat moistening after each layer. Fresh foam can be removed using Soudal Foamcleaner or acetone. Cured foam can only be removed mechanically. Working temperature 5C to 40C. (20C-25C recommended)

DESCRIPTION
BOSS MS 234 is fast curing adhesive/ sealant provides better solution for bonding, sealing and filling application in both interior and exterior. BOSS 234 cures on exposure to atmospheric moisture to offer outstanding primerless adhesion to most common substrates found in Automotive, Industrial and Construction. It can be applied and tooled in almost all weather conditions. It is nonyellowing, non-staining, non-streaking, sandable and free from solvents and isocyanate.
BOSS MS 234 is suitable for bonding various materials in refrigerated trailers, bus & truck bodies, shipbuilding, air conditioning and ventilation units, sandwich panels, marine and many other industrial applications.

HOW TO USE
BOSS MS 234 Automotive adhesive/ Sealant is supplied ready to use. Under pressure it flows readily from its container. The paste-like consistency makes it easy to work. A spatula or wooden paddle can be used for tooling the surface. Tooling is not practical after this skin begins forming and should be completed within 5 minutes of application, even though this may require alternate periods of applying and tooling. Likewise, if masking tape has been used to mark off an area, it should be removed before the tack-free skin forms.
PACKAGING
BOSS MS 234 is available in 290 ml cartridge and 600ml sausage packs. Other sizes available upon request.

MCCOY SOUDAL FIX ALL HIGH TACK ADHESIVE
Mccoy Soudal Fix ALL High Tack is a high quality, single component joint sealant with high adhesive strength and initial tack. It is based on MSPolymer .
Characteristics:
- High initial tack reducing the need for initial support.
- Fast curing, quick build-up of end strength, high sheer strength after full cure (no primer)
- Easy to apply and easy to tool and finish
- Remains elastic after curing
- No odour
- Does not contain isocyanates, silicones nor solvents
