Additional Information :We manufacture Feeders and Screw type Conveyors specially for dusty powders. Some powders are to be feed to a height from ground, and the property of powder is dusty and it requires a closed conveying system to perform these kind of process. Also, some powders required to feed continuously at uniform rate. So, a closed conveying system with controllable speed of flow is preferred. We provide the system known as Screw conveyor/ Screw feeder.  This machine can feed all powder fill applications.


Structure and working :

  • Screw conveyor can be partially closed with a U section housing or completely closed with a Pipe section housing according to use. Manufacturing material is Stainless Steel 316/304 quality as per client requirement. A specially fabricated Screw is assembled inside a Long barrel with both sides bearing support. One side is connected to a variable speed drive motor and the other is free.
  • Body is having an inlet side and an outlet side at both ends which are diametrically opposite sides. A big hopper can also fitted at inlet side to feed the screw conveyor during working. Normally, a screw conveyor is used to feed powdered material in vertical directions. These conveyors are capable of lifting powder even in 90 degrees. Machine can be independent with self standing frame, or it can be attached to some other units as per required. A variable inclination adjustment bracket can also possible to add in this machine.

  • Ribbon blenders are large, specialized blenders meant for mixing materials in bulk. A ribbon blender is a large trough-shaped machine with curved metal strips shaped like ribbons. This is what Ribbon Blender means.
  • Ribbon Blenders consist of a U-shaped horizontal trough and a specially fabricated ribbon agitator. A ribbon agitator consists of a set of inner and outer helical agitators. The outer ribbon moves materials in one direction and the inner ribbon moves the materials in the opposite direction. The ribbons rotate at approx. 300 fpm moves materials both radically and laterally to ensure thorough blends in short cycle times. Ribbon agitators are used for blends that will be between 40 and 100% of the rated capacity of the blender. We are offering manual crimping machine.Hand operated perfume pump crimping machine is widely used in perfume industry, to fix pumps on filled glass bottles. This machine is useful where small and medium scale production is required. Where there is more production required, and if it is more human labour available, then also this machine is suitable. Structure and working:machine type is manual operated and it is made from cast iron, mild steel material, and hard steel, finished with chrome plating. Powder coated models also available. Machine consists of a base plate, pillar structure which holds the crimping head with adjustable mechanism, and operating lever. There is a spring loaded bottle resting platform is also provided on the base plate. The height of machine can be varied as per the bottle height by unlocking the lever at the back side of the unit and move up or down as per required. The crimping head is having a collet at the inner side, and an operating lever at the top side. When the lever is pressed downwards, the collet shrinks towards the centre and crimping is done. The collet is also having adjustment screw at the inside to adjust as per the pump height. The collet is designed in such a way that small difference in pump(cap) size upto 1mm(millimeter) can be hold and crimped with the collet. Suppose, the pump size is 16mm, the collet for 15mm can crimp this pump also without any difference in design or sealing strength. The same method for 20mm collet also, if the pump size is 21mm, then also the 20mm collet can easily crimp it without any problems. this machine is very simple to operate. Bottle with pump, to be crimped has to be placed under the crimping tool over the platform. Make sure that the pump is inserted well into the tool and clamped to the bottle neck. For this, the spring loaded platform can be pressed down with your hand , while placing the bottle. Now release the bottle so that it is clamped perfectly to the collet. The hand operating lever is to be pressed downwards , in order to press the tool over the pump to the bottle neck. This causes the perfect crimping of pumps to the bottle. Features:height of crimping head according to the height of bottle can be adjusted by loosening the back lever and slide the head over the pillar upwards or downwards. Any bottle sizes can be crimped with this machine from 13mm to 32mm by changing the collet. Different sizes of collet(tool) available with us as per your requirement. Adjustments for collet inside depth with a screw provided as per variations in height of pumps. Hardened tool material assures long life for the machine. Inner stopper for the pump made from stainless steel material. Heavy structure ensures good quality crimping. Long operating lever gives smooth working. Details of Semi-automatic Pneumatic Piston Type Cream/gel/paste Filling Machine Brief about the product : The model AEPPF011000 machine can simply called as a perfect all-purpose filling machine for semi solids filling to bottles, pouches or container. Machine Structure and Working :

  • Complete Filling machine unit is mounted on a strong stainless steel square pipe fabricated frame structure with a top plate. A horizontally assembled Piston Barrel unit attached to a Pneumatic Cylinder is the main part of this machine. Other parts are, A rotary direction control valve actuated by a pneumatic rotary actuator, guide rod, Fill nozzle, Top side mounted Stainless steel 40 liter capacity product hopper, a volume adjusting screw at the back side.

 

  • An inbuilt control panel box is provided with the machine to perform all the operations in sequence.

 

  • When the mains are ON, the only operation manually done is to press foot pedal switch and to hold the pouch or bottle below the nozzle. A perfect measured filling and spreading is occurred. Machine Structure And WorkingThe Collar Fitting Machine (AECF25) is made from Mild steel for main body and structure. The tool is made with special material which is soft but unbreakable, machined to get the correct size of collar, so that pressing is accurate each time. There is top mounted pneumatic cylinder, which actuates up and down to perform the pressing function. Machine is provided with an air regulator, pedal operating valve, air tube connections, etc. Machine is made very compact. This unit weighs only 12 Kg. Area required is 1 foot X 1 foot. The table top mounting model with 4 holes given on the base plate is available. There is a bottle locating provision provided on base plate, which can be adjusted as per variations of bottle design and size. Height of pressing is also adjustable on the machine. By unlocking the head by given lever and adjusting the height on the vertical pillar is possible as per bottle height requirements. Operating of this machine is also very much simple. A pedal operating foot switch is provided with the machine to function each crimping. When the filled and crimped bottle with top collar is placed below the press, the only operation done is to press the pedal operating switch. Manufacturing and assembly is done under the observation of qualified designers and engineers to get maximum quality. Base frame of this machine is manufactured from stainless steel square pipe section and sheet metal, which is fabricated, welded and finished to mat. A main vertical slide unit supports total assembly, like sealing and trimming units. Easy rotating hand wheel helps in height adjustment for different tube heights. a cross plate is mounted carrying sealing and trimming stations at left and right sides respectively. Sealing plate is working on linear motion bearings over hardened and ground shafts fixed both ends by strong plates. Pneumatic cylinders are mounted and connected with the sealing plates at both sides. Sealing plates carries the textured sealing teeth where batch numbers can be inserted. Sealing width of maximum 5mm is provided with vertical line texture for sealing design. Both side batch numbers for coding is also possible on request. An in house manufactured stainless steel hot air assembly is mounted centrally over the sealing station. This assembly is insulated to avoid any danger. Trimming is done on separate station at the right side. Trimming blades are mounted on plates and pneumatic cylinder is connected at one end. Here, one blade is stationary and other blade is moving. All moving parts are covered with stainless steel sheet metal of good gauge and finish to mat. A bottom horizontal slide unit is provided to move the tube holder towards sealing and trimming stations. There are proximity sensors provided below both stations. a tube holder lifter cylinder is provided at the bottom of horizontal slide below sealing station.
