Almond powder or almond meal or ground almonds is made from ground sweet almonds. Almond flour is usually made with blanched almonds, whereas almond meal can be made with whole or blanched almonds.

Ammonium Carbonate is salt containing mixture that has similar ammonia content. It is also named as baker’s ammonium.
Common grade available and application: Since it readily degrade to gaseous ammonium and carbon dioxide; it is used as leaving agent and also smelling agent.

General properties :

• Appearance - Ammonium Carbonate occurs as white or translucent crystals, crystalline powder, or lumps, having strong odour of ammonia.
• Identifications - It gives positive reaction for Ammonia and Carbonate/bicarbonate
• Solubility - Freely soluble in water; solution is clear

Calcium acetate is a chemical compound which is a calcium salt of acetic acid. Its standard name is calcium acetate, while calcium ethanoate is the systematic name. An older name is acetate of lime. The anhydrous form is very hygroscopic; therefore the monohydrate (Ca(CH3COO)2•H2O) is the common form.

Common grade available and application : This compound is available in Technical, Commercial, LR/AR, Pharma & Food/Nutraceutical standars and suitable for use in application wise analytical/testing, food additives, pharmaceutical excipient and custom synthesis.

Functional Uses: Anticaking agent, Fortification for functional foods and beverages such as cereals, baked goods, flour, dry food mixes, candies and other confectionaries. Used in chewing gums as dusting agent. Toothpaste as an abrasive. Mineral in pet foods.

Calcium Stearate is stearic acid calcium salt; Calcium stearate is non-toxic and has many applications as stabilizer and lubricant in various industries such as PVC processing, Leather manufacturing, Foundry chemicals, Masterbatches, Cement/construction, Paint/Inks, Plastic, Rubber/Tyre/Tube,   Paper/stationery, Cosmetic, Food, Pharmaceuticals etc.It is used as slipping agent; mould releasing agent, flatting agent, heat-stabilizer, accelerator, anti-caking agent, gelling agent etc.

Ammonium Bicarbonate is bicarbonate salt of ammonia having faint ammonical odour is an inorganic chemical compound. Ammonium Bicarbonate exists in solid state which degrades to carbon dioxide, water and ammonia. It is also known as Ammonium Hydrogen Carbonate.Common grade available and application: Ammonium Bicarbonate is used in the food industry as raising agent in bakery etc. It is also used in pharmaceuticals as key component of the expectorant cough syrup.

Aluminium Chloride is an inorganic compound of Aluminium and Chlorine. It is white, but samples are often contaminated with iron trichloride, giving it yellow colour. It is also known as aluminium (III) chloride or aluminium trichloride.
Aluminium Chloride is offered in two forms: anhydrous aluminium chloride and hydrated aluminium chloride. This compounds cracks at mild temperature, reversibly changing from polymer to a monomer. This compound changes it state depending upon the temperature i.e. solid, liquid and gas.
Common grade available and application: Aluminium Chloride is the most commonly used Lewis Acid. It finds application in the chemical industry as catalyst in products like detergents and ethylbenzene. It also play role in polymerization and isomerization reactions of hydrocarbons. It is the principal catalyst used in the Friedel-Crafts reaction, both acylations and alkylations. The product also finds application in the manufacture of Ibuprofen and other bulk drugs, ethyl benzene, isopropyl benzene, titanium dioxide, hydrocarbon resins, terpene resins and polybutenes.
Polyaluminium Chloride is one more form of hydrated aluminium chloride, called as aluminium chlorohydrate which appears in both liquid and powder form. This is used in deodorants and antiperspirants, as aflocculant in water purification in drinking/wastewater treatment and paper sizing.
