The Amritlakshmi Versatile High Speed Direct Warper is available for all kinds of Yarn in:

• - Widths varying from: 1400mm (55") to 2286 (90") or higher
• - Flange Diameters from: 800mm (31.5") to 1400mm (55")

The entire Warping process begins from our sturdy and well aligned Creel of different capacities and is matched by a Heavy Duty Headstock available in different widths and Flange diameters to wind the Warp yarn on a Dynamically Balanced Beam at high speeds based on our unique 'spindle driven system' coupled with powerful Hydraulic Brakes.

For any kind of Shuttle or Shuttle less Weaving machines to produce high quality fabric it requires a perfect and fault free yarn irrespective of type or the kind of Weaving Machines and increase the output and profitability of the Weaving Plant.

Amritlakshmis hydraulically operated Direct Warpers with Magazine Creel along with Yarn Eveniser to stabilize the Yarn sheet can give High Production at High Quality Yarn Beam.

Amritlakshmis High Speed Sizing Machine has unique features which we proudly introduced in 1985 in SURAT and now offer High Speed Sizers of 300 mpm and up to 450 mpm depending on Yarn & Chemicals.

Creel which is a Tail-end Parallel one with swiveling adapters (Cone Studs) totaling 360 out of which 180 will be in working position and 180 will be for the reserved cones which will come in operation when the first cone is emptied and so on

The Creel will have 425mm Vertical Pitch (depending on the size of the Cone) in 5 Decks, complete with Accessories etc.(Traveling Blower-Optional) .

Suitable for Beams of 1800/ 2286 mm distance between flanges and 1000/ 1250/1400 mm flange diameter complete with AC Inverter Drive with PLC control and Control Panel etc.

The Beam Chucking, Doffing and Donning etc. is fitted with a `HYDRAULICALLY OPERATED SYSTEM'.

Multi Cylinder Sizing Machine Model ULTIMO-EX-VA Comprising of :

1. 8 Beam Vertical Type Creel suitable for Beam Size of 1800mm / 2286 mm face width x 1000mm / 1400 mm flange diameter, complete with heavy duty Pneumatic Braking on both sides, manufactured from MS Channels suitably strengthened with MS tie rods. Necessary Ebonite Guide Rolls for yarn passage.
2. 1 No. Size Box having 1800 mm / 2286 mm face width Double Immersion Double Squeeze Arrangement with Linear Squeeze Pressure Control up to 4 Tonnes with respect to machine speed complete with Positive Feed Roll arrangement and Size Circulation System.
3. 12 Nos. Cylinders Dryer having 1800 mm / 2286 mm working width x 762 mm / 800 mm diameter arranged in zigzag fashion with a sturdy structure.
Out of 12 Cylinders, 8 Cylinders are Teflon coated and 4 Cylinders are Plain. 6 Sets of Temperature Indicator Controller Device for drying Cylinders provided considering one each per pair.
4. Loom Beam Head Stock suitable for beam size of 2800 mm / 3600 mm between Flanges and 1000 mm / 1250 mm / 1400mm flange diameter (without Loom Beam) with necessary Leasing Zone, Motorised Beam Arbour movement and Vertically operated Hydraulic Beam Pressing Trolley.
5. Machine with 4 Point or 5 point AC Inverter Drive having Multi-Motors and a Control Panel, PLC, Panel View and interface etc. Drive Motors which will be controlled through a Control Panel.

One No. Moisture Indicator Controller will be provided

Adjustable Loom Beam Unwinding stand with Pneumatic Braking arrangement suitable for holding Loom Beam of maximum barrel length 2500 mm and 1000 mm diameter.

Sliding type Beam holding system is provided to accommodate smaller length Loom having total barrel length of 1800 mm.

Manual sliding arrangement provided for accommodating different widths of beams within the range mentioned above.

Heavy duty Pneumatic Bend Brakes provided on both sides of the beam.

Winding Head Stock:Working Width up to 3600 mm and up to 1250 mm Flange diameter based on the Rewinding requirement.

Drive:2 Point with AC Inverter Drive with PLC Control.

• Suitable for any kind of yarn i.e. Cotton, Blends, Polyester, Nylon, Jute, etc.
• Can produce striped beams with coloured yarn as per pattern from more than one beam on unwinding stand.
• Possible to add colour threads to the grey beams by knotting
• Hard beams with proper shore hardness produced from softer beams that are unworkable on the looms.
• Possibility to modify the face width (Width between flanges as per reed space) of the loom beams i.e. bigger to small or smaller to big.
• Burst, damaged & sticky beams can be rewound to workable beams for looms.
• Possible to rewind bad conical beams because of wrong cone height on sectional warper to workable beams for looms.
• Possible to put 2-3 beams on unwinding stands & rewind them together.
• Colour warp patters can be corrected.
