1. Punch front knuckle bearing which is suitable for as per the knuckle stub outer diameter.
2. Punch front knuckle in the wheel, first check for the outer side of wheel then install front knuckle, afterwards punch other bearing from outer side of rim (Use proper punching equipment to punch bearing otherwise it may get damage)
3. After assembling front knuckle into wheel fasten it properly, use a seat washer before tightening lock nut.
4. Assemble front knuckle into C - clamp of vehicle or as per designed position of knuckle.
5. Make sure steering rod end plates remains facing towards rear wheel.
6. Stub hinge point must be punched with provided bearings upside down.
7. Put washer before installing in between C-clamp of vehicle then pass 10 mm bolt through it and tight it properly with lock nut.

1. There are three holes provided on pit-man arm with two of them having same bore of 10 mm each and other one having bore size 20 mm.
2. Pass steering column through 20 mm hole on pit-man arm.
3. Get it into a desired position according to design parametersand weld it.

1. Inner race (ID) of disc hub is 22 mm, so it requires 21.8 or 21.9 outer diameter of axle, this will pass through inner race of hub.
2. Put key of 5 mm x 2.5 mm on axle's key-way.
3. Align hub's key-way with respect to key on axle.
4. Start punching gently on disc hub till it reaches to the extreme of key-way, then fasten lock nut of 20 mm to lock disc hub onto drive axle.
5. Check for proper fitment, there must not be any loose sections.

Master Cylinder converts the pressure on the brake pedal to hydraulic pressure by feeding brake fluid into the brake circuit and controlling this pressure according to the mechanical force.

1. Install master cylinder in vehicle in defined position with help of mounting holes provided in casing.
2. Tighten the brake lines properly in master cylinder with help of benzo bolt (Will be provided with the package) in their respective position.
3. Following step is to connect brake lever on master cylinder's piston end, provided with 8 mm hole, the joint is capable of rotating in any direction.
4. At last pour brake fluid DOT3 / DOT4 (both are compatible) up to maximum marked point then tighten the cap properly and install brake fluid reservoir in exactly vertical position so that required pressure of fluid is maintained on piston of master cylinder.

How to put it in a vehicle?

• Punch Rear wheel hub bearing on given area for bearing(Do not hit bearing directly use wooden block as an interface between hammer and bearing)

1. Apply some grease on output shaft of the engine, then put key of 5 mm x 2.5 mm on engine's output shaft key-way.
2. Apply some grease on the inner side of centrifugal clutch, Now orient it as such to properly sync both key-ways i.e. of engine & of clutch. (A 5 mm x 2.5 mm key-way is provided in centrifugal clutch housing which perfectly matches with engine shaft key-way)
3. Gently punch centrifugal clutch on engine shaft, after punching it to extreme end of key-way, stop. (Advice: Use mallet hammer to punch centrifugal clutch)
4. Tight centrifugal clutch with provided washer, bolt must be fine thread and of 1 inch in length.(Bolt type: M8, i.e. with outer diameter of 8 mm)

1. Inner race (ID) of bearing bracket is 25 mm, pass an axle of 24.8 or 24.9 mm outer diameter through inner race of bearing bracket then align axle in center or according to design parameters of vehicle.

How to put it in a vehicle?
